An Evaluation Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Meigui Yurong Decoction In The Treatment Of Rosacea Patients With Lung Meridian Wind-heat Type

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yuyong rose decoction in the treatment of Rosacea with wind-heat type,in order to find a more effective and safe clinical method for the treatment of Rosacea,and to evaluate the relapse through clinical follow-up.The effect of long-term treatment was evaluated.Methods:90 patients with wind-heat Rosacea were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets combined with doxycycline hydrochloride enteric capsule.Take warm water half an hour after a meal;take doxycycline hydrochloride enteric capsule: 0.1 g / time,oral,once a day,half an hour after meal.After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the skin damage score,self-feeling score,skin moisture content.The content of skin red pigment and the value of skin elasticity were used to evaluate the curative effect of the patients,and 1 month after treatment.Two regular follow-up months were conducted to analyze the recurrence factors.Results:1.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease and disease status between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance between the two groups.The clinical data of the two groups were comparable after the end of the total course of treatment.2.The effective rate of the treatment group of 8 weeks was 71.43% and that of the control group was 52.50%(P<0.05).The difference in curative effect was statistically significant.3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups were evaluated in terms of skin lesion score,self-feeling score,skin moisture content,skin red pigment content and skin elasticity.4.There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment.The score of skin lesion,the score of self-perception,the water content of skin and the content of skin red pigment were compared(P<0.05),the difference of curative effect was statistically significant,and the value of skin elasticity was significant.There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).5.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 7.14%,lower than that in the control group 12.50%,and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 14.29%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group after 3 months.Conclusion: Yurong rose decoction is effective in the treatment of Rosacea due to lung meridian wind-heat type,and its long-term recurrence rate is low,which is worthy of clinical study and popularization.
