The Clinical Observation Of Newly-made Chailian Decoction On The Patients With Anterior Uveities(AU), Liver-meridian Wind-heat Syndrome

Purposes:To observe the clinical effect of Newly-made Chailian decoction on the Patients with Anterior Uveitis(AU), Liver-meridian Wind-heat syndrome.Methods:With the table of random number,the patients whose western medical diagnose is Anterior Uveitis(AU) and Chinese Traditional medical pattern of syndrome is Liver-meridian Wind-heat syndrome were divided into three groups:A group(Newly-made Chailian Tang group) includes 20 cases(23 eyes),B group(Juhua Jueming Powder group) includes 20 cases(25 eyes),C group(western cinventional treatment group) includes 20cases(24 eyes).The indexes for therapeutic effects are Vision, absorb days of Keratic Precipitates(KP),extinct days of irritation in ocular region, extinct days of cilinct body hyperemia, and the multiple scores of manifestation of TCM.Results:1.All of the three methods have effect on treating the Anterior Uveitis(AU) of Liver-meridian wind-heat syndrome and make a difference before and after the treatment from the indexs (P<0.05).2.Compared the clinical effect,The Newly-made Chailian Tang group was better than the other two group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Newly-made Chailian Tang has significant curative effect on the Anterior Uveitis(AU) of Liver-meridian Wind-heat syndrome. It can be used as a specialized decoction on treating the Anterior Uveitis(AU) of Liver-meridian Wind-heat syndrome.
