1 Objective 1.1 Exploring the distribution regularity of TCM syndrome of the patients with acute tracheobronchitis.1.2 Discussing the therapeutic effect of JZF to acute tracheobronchitis,Discussing the mechanism of action to JZF in the treatment of acute bronchitis.2 Methods 2.1 Clinical observation: A TCM syndrome's questionnaire was made after rewiewing the related literatures and teaching materials,Using clinical questionnaire Investigation method in Outpatient clinic to gather the general information of 366 patients with acute tracheobronchitis(name,sex,age,height,weight,duration,smoking,merger,season of illness,etc.)and chief complaint,clinical manifestations,auxiliary examination,TCM syndromes.The distribution regularity of TCM syndrome of the patients with acute bronchitis was got by analysis.2.2 Animal experiments 2.2.1 The effect of cough latency and cough in 5 minutes of JZF for the treatment of cough in guinea pigs induced by citric acidTake 50 healthy guinea pigs,sex in half,put in the 5L sealed transparent plastic cups.With 17.5% citric acid to the maximum velocity of spray 10 seconds to screening Sensitive guinea pigs.42 guinea pigs of through primary screening were randomly divided into 6 groups,each group had a total of 7 rabbits,Respectively,the normal control group,Pentoxyverine Citrate Tablets group,JZTJgroup,JZFGJL group(Mulberry leaves? Fructus Arctii?Cicada slough?Bombyx batryticatus?Loquat leaf?Fritillaria thunbergii?Almond?Lily?Adenophorae Radix?Baikal Skullcap?Hydrated gypsum ?Houttuynia cordata?Coltsfoot flower?prepared Radix Glycyrrhizae),JZFZJL group,JZFDJL group.JZFGJ group,JZFZJL group,JZFDJL group were given to 14,7,and 3.5 times of clinical dosage of adult.All of use the method of Intragastric administration(Intragastric administration with equal volume,Small volume use dilute with distilled water to equal volume)and 2 times one day for 3 days.By the 30 Minutes after treatment take the guinea pigs into the cup,with plastic wrap sealed cup mouth,Sprayed into the 17.5% citric acid,record the number of cough in guinea pigs in 5 minutes.2.2.2 JZF for the influence of mixed solution of acetylcholine and histamine phosphate leads to asthma in guinea pigsTake 50 healthy guinea pigs,sex in half,put in the 5L sealed transparent plastic cups,use 0.1% phosphoric acid histamine and 2% acetylcholine solution at 1ml/min speed Spray for 25 seconds to screening Sensitive guinea pigs.42 guinea pigs of through primary screening were randomly divided into 6 groups,each group had a total of 7 rabbits,Respectively,the normal control group,Aminophylline control group,JZTJ group,JZFGJ group,JZFZJL group,JZFDJL group.All of use the method of Intragastric administration(Intragastric administration with equal volume,Small volume use dilute with distilled water to equal volume)and 2 times one day for 3 days.By the 30 Minutes after treatment take the guinea pigs into the cup,with plastic wrap sealed cup mouth,Sprayed into the 0.1% phosphoric acid histamine and 2% acetylcholine solution,record the onset of dyspnea in guinea pigs,and the time of convulsions.2.2.3 Discussing the mechanism of JZF on acute bronchitis model rats70 healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group(n = 13)and model group(n = 57),prepare acute tracheal-bronchitis model by tobacco smoke inhalation(sawdust and cigarette mixture).The first day after modeling selected 50 rats in the model group randomly,were randomly divided into model control group,JZTJ group,JZFGJL group,JZFZJL group,JZFDJL group,the rats in the normal control group and the model control group were given distilled water,and the rats in the JZTJ group were Gavaged with JZTJ and the rest to give JZF.Intragastric administration of 1 week,take the trachea and the middle of the middle lung to do histopathological observation and the levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-? were measured by Elisa in the abdominal aorta.Result 3.1 Clinical Observation366 cases of acute bronchitis in patients with the most common type of wind-heat attacking the lung syndrome(25.7%),followed by Wind-cold attacking the lung(21.0%),Phlegm-heat obstructing lung(16.9%),Phlegm in lung syndrome(11.3%),Lung-Yin Deficiency syndrome(9.8%)?Lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome(4.6%)?Dryness evil impairing lung syndrome(4.1%)?Deficiency of Qi-Yin syndrome(3.6%)?Liver fire attacking lung syndrome(3.0%)? 3.2 Animal experiment 3.2.1 The effect of cough latency and cough in 5 minutes of JZF for the treatment of cough in guinea pigs induced by citric acid JZFGJL group,ZJL group,DJL group and Pentoxyverine Citrate group significantly prolonged citric acid induced cough in guinea pigs cough latency and reduce the cough times within 5 minutes,compared with the normal control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),compared JZFZJL group with JZFGJL group,JZFDJL group and JZTJ group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.2.2 JZF for the influence of mixed solution of acetylcholine and histamine phosphate leads to asthma in guinea pigs JZFGJL group,ZJL group,DJL group and aminophylline group significantly prolonged the onset of dyspnea in guinea pigs,and the time of convulsions of mixed solution of acetylcholine and histamine phosphate leads to asthma in guinea pigs,compared with the normal control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.2.3 Discussing the mechanism of JZF on acute bronchitis model rats A large number of inflammatory cells were observed under light microscope in the model control group,a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration was observed under the light microscope in JZFGJL,ZJL,DJL group.The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-? in acute bronchitis model rats were significantly lower in JZFGJL,ZJL,DJL group,compared with model control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared JZFZJL group with JZFGJL group and JZFDJL group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).JZFGJL,ZJL,DJL group could significantly increase the content of serum IL-10 in rat model of acute bronchitis,compared with model control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared JZFZJL group with JZFGJL group,JZFDJL group and JZTJ group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.3 Conclusion1.The most common type in acute bronchitis patients is wind-heat attacking the lungsyndrome.2.JZF has the effect of relieving cough and gasp,etc.3.JZF can restore the balance of proinflammatory factor and anti-inflammatory factors, so as to achieve the treatment of acute bronchitis.
