ObjectiveTrachea acute bronchitis is a common and multiple disease in clinic.Traditional Chinese Medicine play an important role in the treatment of acute bronchitis.The testing is to observe the clinical effect on shedanchenpiye treating acute trachea-bronchitis(cough of wind-heat in vading the lung),and toexplore the role of shedanchenpiye mechanism to Provide scientificbasis for clinical use.Methods1 Clinical data:All the patients come from HuBei Hospital of TCM,From October to December 2007,to averagely randomize sixty-four patients to treatment group and comparison group,treatment group have fourty-eight and sixteen.2 The medical use:drugs used in treatment group:ShedanChenpiye,composed mainly of Shedanchengpiye;treatment groups:jizhitangjiang,composed mainly of yuxingchao,jingqiaomai,gangchao etc.The patients in treamtment group was given 10 ml ShedanChenpiye,Q6h;the patients in comparison group with jizhitangjiang 20 ml/time,Q6h.Both period of treatment is seven days.In the period,addition to antibiotics during treatment outside ban on the use of other therapeutic Chinese medicine and medicine bronchitis.3 Efficacy in the treatment of patients with two observation and treatment of the first day of two days,seven days observed symptoms,TCM Syndrome,signs score,before and after treatment for urine collection practices,liver and kidney function(Alt,Cr, BuN),ECG,chest Or through X-ray inspection.4 Statistical count information by x~2 test,measurement information with the t-test, grading information with the ridit test.Results:1.Two overall efficacy compared with the treatment group overall efficiency 93.75%, 68.75%efficient in the total group,there were Significant differences in sexual significance(P＜0.05),Group treatment efficacy superior contrast group. 2.Two Chinese medicine certificate Pending efficacy comparison,there were significant differences in sexual significance(P＜0.05),Group treatment efficacy superior contrast group.3.Two major symptoms and treatment efficacy compared two treatment coughing,no significant differences in sexual heat points(P＞0.05),a notable weak points of difference significance(P＜0.01).4.Two more treatment and chest X-ray inspection,no significant differences in the two sets of regular rate of(P＞0.05).5.Two treatment and blood-routine,induced functions,conventional urine dung conventional,no significant sex differences in electrocardiograms(P＞0.05),indicate that shedanchenpiye in the treatment of acute Trachea-bronchitis(cough of wind-heat invading the lung)without obvious course of drug side effects,safe and reliable.Conelusion:shedanchenqiye treatment of acute trachea-bronchitis efficacy precise.Clinical trials process,not the result of drug side-effects and adverse drug reactions.
