Clinical Study On External Washing Of Chine Se Herbs In The Treatment Of Pediatric Acute Bronchitis With Wind-heat-offending Pulmon Ary Syndrome

Objective:To provide a systematic and comprehensive evaluation of clin ical curative effect for the treatment of pediatric acute bronchitis with wind-he at guilty of lung syndrome by using the Chinese herbal lotion external washin g of infant bronchitis to provide a new method for external treatment of acute bronchitis in children.Methods:The inclusion criteria that meet the criteria of Western medicin e diagnosis and TCM symptom diagnosis will be divided into treatment group and control group,with 45 cases in each group before and after treatment.Th e treatment group was treated with intravenous infusion of ceftizoxime sodiu m 50 mg/kg/time q8 h on the basis of routine treatment for cough,phlegm,ast hma,and antipyretics.The infantile bronchitis Chinese medicine lotion was us ed concurrently for 5 days;the control group was given regular cough drops.On the basis of symptomatic treatment such as anti-asthma and antipyretics,c eftizoxime sodium(50 mg/kg/time)was infused intravenously q8 h for 5 days.Observe the clinical efficacy before and after treatment in two groups of chil dren.Results:(1)Both groups of treatment can effectively relieve or eliminate various symptoms and signs caused by children with acute bronchitis and win d-heat convicted lung syndrome(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving major syndromes and secondary symptoms o f children(P<0.05).(2)The treatment group was superior to the control group i n improving the symptoms of cough,sputum,nasal congestion,nasal discharg e,and auscultation caused by lung-heat syndrome in children with acute bronc hitis(P<0.05).The treatment group and the control group had similar effects i n improving the fever,tongue coating,pulse symptoms,and blood routine cau sed by the lung-heat syndrome in children with acute bronchitis(P>0.05).(3)T he total effective rate was 95.56% in the treatment group and 84.44% in the c ontrol group.The treatment group had better efficacy than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Infants and young children with bronchitis Chinese medicin e lotion wash auxiliary treatment of acute bronchitis in children with wind-he at guilty of lung syndrome clinically effective,worthy of clinical promotion a nd application.
