Objective: To observe the clinical effect on QFZK-fluid treating acutetracheo-bronchitis (cough of wind-heat invading the lung), and to explorethe role of QFZK fluid mechanism to provide scientific basis for clinicaluse. Methods: Uses the masculine medicine parallel comparison, isstochastic, the double blind clinical test design, explainedstraightens up thecoughing and gasping capsule to govern Cures the chronic bronchitis non-acute attack clinical validity and security, by Conducts the next stepof clinical research and the applicationfor it provides the basis.Chinese medicine and Western medicine used in the diagnosis of acutetracheo-bronehitis patients 48 cases, is from March, 2006 the HubeiProvince Chinese medicine hospital is hospitalized to August, 2006 Andthe outpatient service patient, stochastically divides intothe treatmentgroup and the comparison group. Treatment group 24examples, masculine 13examples, feminine 11 examples; The age 18-60 years old, the averageage is 36.4 years old; The condition is the mildness 6 examples, moderate16 examples. Serious 2 examples; Comparison group 24 Example, masculine15 examples, feminine 9 examples; The age 20-61 years old, the averageage is 37.8 years old; The condition the mildness 5 examples, moderate16 examples; serious 3 examples. Two groups of patients sexes, the age,the condition degree after statistics processing, do not have thedifference, has the commeasurability.the use of random, which means divided into a control group andtreatment groups. In Group be QFZK, each two bottles, three times daily;QFZK-treatment group to oral fluid, each three bottles, three timesdaily, another simulant oral fluid, each two bottles, three times daily. Two courses are 7 days. Drug and clinical symptoms observed two cases, the functional indicators, such as changes chest X-ray inspection, andcomprehensive clinical evaluation.Results:1. Two overall efficacy compared with the treatment group overallefficiency 91.67%, 87.50%efficient in the total group, there werenot significant differences in sexual significance (P>0.05).2. Two Chinese medicine certificatepending efficacy comparison, therewere significant differences in sexual significance (P<0.05), Grouptreatment efficacy superior contrast group.3. Two major symptoms and treatment efficacy compared two treatmentcoughing, no significant differences in sexual heat points (P>0.05),a notable weak points of difference significance (P<0.01)。4. Two more treatment and chest X-ray inspection, no significantdifferences in the two sets of regular rate of (P>0.05).5. Two treatment and blood-routine, induced functions, conventionalurine, dung conventional, no significant sex differences inelectrocardiograms (P>0.05), indicate that QFZK-fluid in the treatmentof acute trachea-bronchitis (cough of wind-heat invading the lung)without obvious course of drug side effects, safe and reliable. Conclusion: QFZK-fluid treatment of acute trachea-bronchitis efficacyprecise. Clinical trials process, not the result of drug side-effectsand adverse drug reactions.
