Objective:To observe clinical curative effect of Cheng's "unblocking and invigorating"acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture treatment for cervicogenic vertigo after a course of treatment and a month of follow-up.Method:This clinical research collected 60 patients in acupuncture clinic,Changzhou hospital of Chinese medicine from March 2016 to December 2016.They were randomly divided into two groups:research group and control group,treating by "unblocking and invigorating" acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture respectively for a course of treatment.Treating for 3 days continuously,then treating every other day,6 times altogether.Then,the<<Cervical Vertigo Symptoms and Functional Assessment Scale>>were evaluated before treatment,after treatment,and a month of follow-up.In the end,the data were analyzed and evaluatedResults:The<<Cervical Vertigo Symptoms and Functional Assessment Scale>>scores of two groups both became higher(P<0.01).After a course of treatment,the scores of two groups were statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with scores before treatment and follow-up,two groups were significant statistical difference(P<0.01).After a month of follow-up,two groups were significant statistical difference(P<0.01).The total effective rate of research group after a course of treatment was 93.33%,control group was 76.67%.The scores of two groups after treatment were no statistical difference(P>0.05).After a month of follow-up,the total effective rate of research group was 80.00%,control group was 33.33%.The scores of two groups were significant statistical difference(P<0.01).The total effective rate of research group after a course of treatment compared with after a month of follow-up were no statistical difference(P>0.05).The total effective rate of control group after treatment compared with after a month of follow-up were significant statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The Cheng's "unblocking and invigorating" acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture can effectively treat cervical vertigo,but the Cheng's "unblocking and invigorating" acupuncture has better effect than ordinary acupuncture.2.The Cheng's "unblocking and invigorating" acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture both have long-term effect on cervical vertigo,but Cheng's "unblocking and invigorating9" acupuncture has better long-term effect than ordinary acupuncture.3.In this research,the use of Cheng's "unblocking and invigorating" acupuncture treatment for cervical vertigo obtained satisfactory clinical efficacy.The principle and order of the clinical treatment of cervical vertigo were optimized and emphasized.Experience has been accumulated in theory and clinic.It will help to create new ideas and methods for clinical and experimental research in the future.
