Objective:To observe cheng’s "unblocking and invigorating" acupuncture and routine acupuncture treatment of cervicogenic headache (CEH) after treatment and 1 months of follow-up clinical curative effect.Method:Research objects are patients in changzhou hospital of acupuncture clinic in February 2015 to October 2015 December.60 cases were randomized into two groups:30 cases were treated by "unblocking and invigorating" acupuncture therapy,30 cases were treated by routine acupuncture therapy.Two groups were treated every other day and lasted for 10 days. The headache degree (VAS), headache duration, headache frequency, range of motion(ROM), sleep quality (QS), and pain rating index (PRI) were evaluated before treatment, after treatment, and 1 month of follow-up.The eflBcacy were evaluated after treatment and follow-up based on the curative effect valuation standard.Results:The total effective rate of "unblocking and invigorating" acupuncture group after treatment was 96.67%, routine acupuncture group was 93.33%. The two groups after treatment were no statistical difference (P>0.05). The total effective rate of "unblocking and invigorating" acupuncture group after 1 month of follow-up was 93.33%, routine acupuncture group was 66.67%. After follow-up, the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). The total effective rate of "unblocking and invigorating" acupuncture group after 1 month of follow-up compared with after treatment were no statistical difference (P>0.05). The total effective rate of routine acupuncture group after 1 month of follow-up compared with after treatment were statistical difference (P<0.05).Two kinds of treatment methods after 1 courses of treatment can make the degree of headache (VAS), headache duration, headache frequency score lower (P< 0.01). After 1 courses of treatment, headache degree, headache duration, headache frequency score of the two groups were no statistical difference (P>0.05). Compared with before treatment and follow-up, there were statistical difference within the two groups (P<0.01). After follow-up, there were statistical difference between the groups (P<0.01).Two kinds of treatment methods after 1 courses of treatment can make the ROM score, QS score and PRI score lower.Compared with before and after treatment,there were statistical significance within and between the two groups.(P< 0.05). Compared with after treatment and follow-up, there were statistical significance within and between the two groups.(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1The cheng’s "unblocking and invigorating" acupuncture can effectively improve the cervical headache symptoms, and the "unconventional" had better long-term effect.2 The cheng’s "unblocking and invigorating" acupuncture can effectively improve the neck symptoms and quality of life in patients with cervical headache, and is superior to routine acupuncture treatment.3 This study of the cheng’s "unblocking and invigorating" acupuncture has good clinical curative effect for the treatment of cervicogenic headache and optimizate the clinical treatment of cervical headache of the combination of points. At the same time, it provides a new way of thinking for clinical treatment of cervical headache.
