A Clinical Research On Scalp Acupuncture Combined With Prokin Blance Instrument To Stroke Patients With Balance Dysfunction

Objective:To discuss the curative effects on scalp acupuncture(lower-lateral line of occiput,middle line of vertex)combined with Prokin balance insteument to stroke patients with balance dysfunction.Methods:81 patients with hemiplegia stroke were divided into treating group,control group A and control group B.Control group B was treated with routine rehabilitation training;on this basis,Control group A with scalp acupuncture;on control group A basis,Treating group combined with Prokin balance instrument.All patients in three groups were assessed by the static balance in eye-opened of Prokin balance instrument and Berg balance scale at the time of 4 weeks before and after treatment.Results:(1)After rehabilitation treatment,comparison of Sway length and Sway area of body gravity of standing balance in eye-opened?BBS score between three group were increased than before,statistically significant difference(P<0.01);(2)the Sway length and Sway area of body gravity of standing balance in eye-opened?BBS score were conducted with ANOVA and multiple comparing,the curative effect of treating group was the best,control group A ranked second.Conclusion:The Prokin balance training can be more effective improve the balance than routine rehabilitation training;but the training can be more significantly effect combined with the scalp acupuncture of the traditional Chinese medicine.
