Objective: Through the clinical observation of the treatment of balance dysfunction in stroke patients with hemiplegia by the combination of core stability training and feedback training of balancer, and through the rigorous clinical randomized controlled trial, the efficacy and superiority of this program in the treatment of balance dysfunction in stroke patients with hemiplegia have been proved. Methods: 66 patients with stroke hemiplegia who met the clinical standards were randomly divided into 2 groups,34 patients in the control group and 32 patients in the observation group. In the control group,Bobath,Brunnstrom,PNF,Rood, lower limb muscle strength and endurance training,sit-and-station transfer training, hemiplegic side lower limb weight bearing, step movement and other routine rehabilitation training and balance training were conducted daily.Training was conducted for 30 minutes a day,6 days a week, for a total of 3 weeks. The observation group received core stability training for 20 min a day on the basis of the control group. Before and after treatment, the two groups of patients were assessed by Berg balance function rating scale,fugy-meyer balance function rating scale,Tinetti gait and balance test scale, and time stand up and walk test(TUGT)rating scale. All the data in this study were analyzed by data statistics software SPSS20.0.Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in Berg balance function, fugymeyer balance function,Tinetti gait and balance test and TUGT test time between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,Berg balance function scores in both groups were significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the improvement was more significant in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05).There were differences in scores of fugy-meyer balance function between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05).Tinetti gait and balance scores were significantly improved in both groups(P < 0.05),and the improvement was more significant in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05).The TUGT test time in the two groups was significantly reduced compared with that before(P < 0.05),and the reduction in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The combination of core stability training and balancer feedback training in the treatment of balance dysfunction in stroke patients with hemiplegia has a definite clinical effect, which can effectively improve the balance function and gait stability of stroke patients and reduce the risk of falls.
