Clinical Observation Of Yu's Scalp Clustering Acupuncture Combines Rehabilitation On Treatment For Post-stroke Balance Dysfunction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yu's scalp clustering acupuncture combines rehabilitation on treatment for post-stoke balance dysfunction.Methods:Sixty cases of post-stroke balance dysfunction patients.were randomized divided into 2 groups,the treatment group had 30 cases were treated by Yu's scalp clustering acupuncture combine rehabilitation,the control group had 30 cases were treated by regular rehabilitation.The treatment group selected the pre-parietal,parietal,temporal,sub-occipital region of scalp,the sub-occipital region after acupuncture EA 2Hz continuous wave stimulation,scalp needle leave for 8 hours,while giving the same rehabilitation training for two groups.Both groups take 4 weeks as a course of treatment,after one course of treatment observes patients'improvement on balance function,activities of daily living and efficacy.Results:After treatment,two groups of patients' BBS,FM-B scores and MBI index were significantly improved(P<0.01),the improvement in the treatment group is better than the control group,has statistical significance(-P<0.05).The clinical curative effect of activities of daily living was 93.33%in the treatment group which obviously higher than the 70.00%in control group,has statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionYu's scalp clustering acupuncture combine rehabilitation has outstanding efficacy on treatment for post-stroke balance dysfunction patients,it can effectively improve patients' BBS,FM-B scores and MBI index,lower the degree of patients' balance dysfunction and improving patients' life quality.
