Objective:This topic is about treating balance dysfunction after stroke patients through the clip ridge hole row sting method. This topic evaluates the balance function of patients after treatment by observing the BBS,FMB and MBI integral scale,in order to show the advantages of clip ridge point drainage method in treatment of balance dysfunction after stroke,to provide a new method of treatment.Methods:72 patients with balance disorders(included in the standard)were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group according to the time order through the computer random number table method. Each group contains 36 people. The two groups of patients were treated according to their condition, and they were treated with basic drugs of neurology, such as blood pressure, lipids, and hypoglycemic treatment, and the treatment specifically referred to the guidelines for the prevention and control of Chinese cerebrovascular diseases. At the same time, both groups were given regular rehabilitation training, such as sitting position, standing position, walking and daily life skills. On the basis of this, the treatment group was treated with clipping, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.By observing the BBS,FMB and MBI scale scores before treatment and after four-week treatment respectively,we can evaluate the clinical efficiency, and the improvement of balance function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke of two kinds of treatment methods.Results:1?After the treatment of 4 weeks, the BBS,FMB score and MBI index of the patients in the spine group and the conventional acupuncture group were improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2?Compared with the conventional acupuncture group, after treatment, the BBS,FMB balance scale scores of the clip ridge point group were significantly increased. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Clip ridge point modified Barthel index rating scale score of thorn group obviously, making it much higher than that of routine acupuncture group. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3?The clinical efficacy of ADL was 94.44%,and that of conventional acupuncture group was 86.11%.The former was significantly higher than the latter, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both clipping and conventional acupuncture can improve the balance function and daily life activity of patients with post-stroke balance disorder.2.The chiropractic puncture method was significantly better than conventional acupuncture in improving patients' balance ability. It is worth widely recommended in clinical practice.
