Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Balance Dysfunction After Stroke By Acupuncture At Huatuojiaji Point

Objective:In this study,patients with post-stroke balance dysfunction were treated by acupuncture at hutuo jiaji point,and the scores of BBS,POMA and PASS were observed before and after treatment,so as to verify the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at hutuo jiaji point and provide a new method for the treatment of post-stroke balance disorder.Method:The 72 patients with post stroke balance dysfunction were randomly divided into the hutuo jiaji acupuncture group(36 cases)and the general acupuncture group(36cases)by computer random number table method.According to the conditions of the two groups of patients,they were given the corresponding basic drug treatment,specifically referring to the "Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease".At the same time,both groups were given sitting,standing,balance board and other rehabilitation training.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at huatuo jiaji point,while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture.The patient was treated once a day,6 times a week,and rested on Sunday for 4 weeks.After a course of treatment,the scores of BBS,POMA and PASS scales before and after treatment were sorted out and counted,and the efficacy was analyzed.Result:1.General information: there was no significant difference in the course,age,sex and disease of each group(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison before and after treatment within the group: the BBS,Tinetti POMA and PASS scores of the patients in the huatuo jiaji acupuncture group and the ordinary acupuncture group were all higher than those before treatment,with a very significant difference(P<0.01).3.Comparison between groups after treatment: after treatment,BBS and PASS scores of huatuo jiaji point group were significantly higher than that of the ordinary acupuncture group,with a very significant difference(P<0.01). Tinetti POMA scores of huatuo jiaji point group were significantly higher than that of the ordinary acupuncture group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at Huatuojiaji point and ordinary acupuncture can transform the balance ability and daily activity ability of patients with balance dysfunction after stroke.2.The effect of acupuncture at huatuo jiaji point on the improvement of patients' balance and daily activities was better than that of ordinary acupuncture.The huatuo jiaji acupuncture method is worthy of clinical application.
