Objective: To observe the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial acupuncture stimulation combines rehabilitation in the treatment of post-stroke balance dysfunction. Methods: Ninety-six cases of post-stroke balance dysfunction patients were divided into treatment group, control group?and control group?,each group has 32 cases. The treatment group were treated by repetitive transcranial acupuncture stimulation combines rehabilitation;the control group?were treated by regular acupuncture combines rehabilitation;the control group? were treated by regular rehabilitation. All the groups had 30 days as a course of treatment.Using the Berg Balance Scale,Fugl-Mayer Balance Scale and MBI Index to observe the patients' balance ability and activities of daily living.Results:1.After treatment, the balance ability and activities of daily living improved in the three groups, three groups of patients' BBS,FM-B scores and MBI index were improved(P< 0.05).2.The patients' BBS,FM-B scores and MBI index in the treatment group and the control group?are greatly different from the control group?(P <0.05).The total effective rate was 86.2 % in the treatment group and 83.3 %in the control group?,which obviously higher than the 76.7% in the control group?,and the between-group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The patients' BBS,FM-B scores and MBI index in the treatment group are greatly different from the control group?(P < 0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than the control group?(P< 0.05).The marked effective rate was 58.6% in the treatment group, which was obviously higher than 40.0% in the control group?,and the betweengroup differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Repetitive transcranial acupuncture stimulation combinesrehabilitation has an outstanding efficacy on post-stroke balance dysfunction. It can effectively improve the daily life ability of patients.
