The Clinical Observation Of Bailing Germinal Decoction In The Treatment Of Seborrheic Alopecia

Objective:This study was to observe the incidence of BaiLing germinal decoctionin the treatment of seborrheic alopecia(on the hot and humid)in clinical curative effect.Methods:All of the clinical cases were collected from January 2016-January 2017 in Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated first hospital dermatology clinics between patients with the diagnosis and treatment.80 numbers of fulfilled cases which meet criteria by adoption standard of 80 cases were randomly grouped,it was divided into treatment group and control group,there are 40 numbers of cases in each group.The Oral treatment group was given BaiLing germinal decoction,the control group was given tanshinone capsule,for a period of treatment in 3 months,with 1 courses of treatments.Results before treatment,treatment after 3 months were recorded respectively,the number of hair loss on the patients,the degree of greasy,degree of itchiness,degree of dandruff and new hair growth were recorded and comparatively with scores.The clinical curative effect of BaiLing germinal soup has been evaluated and two groups of adverse reactions were observed.Results:After the treatment of medication in three months,the treatment group(BaiLing germinal Decoction)which has significant effect contains of 19 numbers of cases,accounted for 50.00%,effective effect contains of 15 numbers of cases,accounted for 39.47%,invalid effect contains of 4 numbers of cases,accounted for 10.52%,the total efficiency rate is 89.47%.The control group(gentian have tanshinone capsule)has significant effect contains of 10 numbers of cases,accounted for 27.03%,effective contains if 16 numbers of cases,accounted for 43.24%,invalid contains of 11 numbers of cases,accounted for 29.73%,the total efficiency rate is 75.67%.Two groups of clinical curative effect comparison(P<0.05),significant difference,the clinical efficacy of treatment group is obviously better than the control group.Through out the comparison of treatment group and control group on each index score,3 months after treatment on the treatment group in the degree of greasy and degree of hair loss on the new hair growth is better than the control group.Conclusion:1 " BaiLing germinal decoction" can effectively improve the seborrheic alopecia(hot and humid syndrome)before and after treatme nt of the total score of symptoms.2 " BaiLing germinal decoction" is the treatment of seborrheic alopecia(hot and humid on the steam card)safe and effective prescription.
