Clinical Studies. Intended Of Fat Germinal Decoction Suffocating Heat Androgenic Alopecia

Objective: To explore the effects and mechanisms of treating Androgenetic Alopecia pertaining to the pattern of heat- dampness accumulation,to provide clinical data and foundation to treatment of this disease by Chinese medicine,and to provide clinical experience to using Chinese medicine safely and effecttively,through observing the clinical efffect of "Huazhishengfa" decoction invented by my tutor.Methods: We divide 70 patients into the experiment and the control group by the method of random singleblind. The patients of the experiment group take the decoction of "Huazhishengfa" and the control group take the decoction of "Yifa1hao" chose from "chinese cosmetology".We observe the therapeutic effect after 12 weeks, then analyze the conclusion statistically by spss13.0 in order to compare the curative effect between the two groups.Result:In the total 33 patients of the experimental group,recovery:3pts, Excellence: 16pts,utility:11pts,unfruitful:3pts,and the total effective rate is 90.91%; In the total 32 patients of the control group,recovery:1pts, excellence:8 pts, utility:14pts, unfruitful:14pts, and the total efe- ctive rate is 71.88%.Through statistical analysis of two groups (P=0.009), we can draw the conclusion that there is significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:There is better effect in treatment by"Huazhishengfa" decoction invented by my tutor than by"Yifa1hao",especially in controlling grease,preventing hair loss. But it will take a long time to treat Seborrhoeic Alopecia.The disese can be improved obviously,the grease controlling and the new hair growthing,through medicine taking insistently.And for the patients, it would be treated the sooner the better.
