The Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of The Seborrheic Alopecia Of Pi Wei Shi Re With Han Di Zhi Tuo Fang Combined With Tuo Zhi Lotion

Seborrheic alopecia is common and frequently-occurring diseases in dermatology, the occurrence of the disease related with androgen, and therefore, also known as androgenetic alopecia. With the accelerated pace of social life, and the survival of the pressure increases, the incidence of the disease is also rising. As the disease affect the appearance, often to the inconvenience of working life, and in this way so that patients can have serious psychological pressure, and even lead to physical illness in other areas. And thus seriously affect the patient's physical and mental health and quality of life. Therefore, prevention and treatment of seborrheic alopecia is before us a very necessary and important task. Currently, western medicine treatment of the disease commonly include minoxidil solution topical,oral estrogen drugs, and oral finasteride and so on, some patients have achieved good results, but longer treatment cycles, and long-term efficacy less than ideal, hair loss often occurs in relapse after drug withdrawal. We are in the clinical application of Han Di Zhi Tuo Fang and Tuo Zhi lotion treatment of seborrheic alopecia achieved better results. Through this experiment, to observe the clinical efficacy of the Han Di Zhi Tuo Fang joint Tuo Zhi lotion, and to explore the basis of their prescriptions, thereby, provide a reference to the clinical treatment of seborrheic alopecia.All the cases are from January 2009 to October 2009 in Hubei Province Chinese Medicine Hospital Dermatology outpatients, collected 60 cases of patients with Seborrheic alopecia which syndrome differentiation belongs to dampheat accumulates in the spleen. According to the diffrence of visiting sequence and treatment alternatives, divided into treatment group and control group, all 30 cases. The two groups in gender, age, duration, etc. of comparison, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), comparable. The treatment group was treated with Han Di Zhi Tuo Fang combined with Tuo Zhi Lotion, and the control group was treated with Sheng Er Fa syrup combined with Tuo Zhi Lotion. And its effect is significant, adverse reactions is small, worth of further clinical application.
