| Purpose:under the guidance of TCM theroy,based on the “germinal decoction of tonifying kidney” clinical effect observation,to further explore the theroy of TCM tonifying the liver and kidney,nourishing the blood and tranquilization,promoting blood circulaion and expelling wind in the treatment of alopecia areata-deficiency of liver and kidney,prove its safety,effectiveness,the properties for the clinical curative effect observation.Method: choose the inclusion criteria of alopecia areata-deficiency of liver and kidney,64 cases of patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 32 cases.Give " germinal decoction of tonifying kidney" of the treatment group(by polygoni multiflori,cultivated land,semen cuscutae,cornus,rhizoma polygonati,rooted salvia,mulberry,fructus ligustri lucidi,scurfy pea,medlar,parched wild jujube seed avoid Fried grain composition)usage: warm water a blunt 200 ml,two doses,sooner or later points,each 100 ml.Control group to give Qi Bao Mei Ran Dan(Fried Radix polygoni multiflori,tuckahoe,bidentata,angelica,medlar,semen cuscutae,scurfy pea)usage: boiled water a blunt after a meal,a bag at a time,two times a day.A month for a course,continuous observation of two course of treatment.Result:through the clinical observation,according to the results of the treatment group total effectiveness 80.00%,control group total effectiveness 56.67%,treatment group total effectiveness is better than the control group,and the statistical analysis,P<0.05,compared to similar between the two groups have statistical singificance.The treatment group can obviously improve the degree of pruritus in patients with symptoms such as frequency,duration,attack.Conclusion:germinal decoction of tonifying kidney can significantly improve the alopecia areata-deficiency of liver and kidney's symptoms and signs,clinical curative effect is superior to the Qi Bao Mei Ran Dan and is safe and effective. |
