Clinical Observation Of Yufa Decoction Combined With Acupuncture At Acupoints On Treating Seborrheic Alopcia

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yufa Decoction combined with acupuncture at acupoints on seborrheic alopecia.Methods:In this study,80 patients with seborrheic alopecia who according with the inclusion criteria were randomly average separate into treatment group(detached 2 cases)and control group(detached 1 case).Treatment group was treated with Yufa decoction combined with acupoint acupunctures.and the control group was treated with tanshinone capsule.Three months is a course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the number of hair loss,itching degree,greasy degree,dandruff degree and the scores of new growth were compared before and after treatment.And the safety assessment of the two groups.Furthermore,the clinical efficacy and safety of Yufa Decoction combined with acupuncture at acupoints were evaluated.Results:Yufa Decoction combined with acupuncture at acupoints cured 2 cases,markedly effective 5 cases,effective 25 cases and ineffective 6 cases.The total effective rate was 84.2%.Tanshinone capsules were cured in 0 cases,markedly effective in 0 cases,effective in 29 cases,ineffective in 10 cases,and the overall effective rate was 74.4%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.After the evaluation of the observation indicators of the two groups,Yufa Decoction combined with acupuncture at acupoints could significantly improve the number of hair loss,the degree of greasy,itching,dandruff and new growth.The overall curative effect was much higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Yufa Decoction combined with acupuncture at acupoints can significantly improve the pre-treatment total score of seborrheic alopecia(spleen deficiency and dampness excess type).2.Yufa Decoction Combined with Acupuncture the Acupoints is a safe and effective prescription for the treatment of seborrheic alopecia.
