Clinical Observation Of Wushequfeng Decoction Combined With Fire Needle In The Treatment Of Lichen Planus (Syndrome Of Wind Dampness Accumulation)

Objective:To observing the clinival observation of WUSHEQUFENG decocyion combined with fire needle in the treatment of lichen planus(syndrome of wind dampness accumulation).Methods:Choose between 2016?2017 in the first hospital affiliated to heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine dermatology outpatient treatment of patients as the research object,will meet the criteria for the 70 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,because in the process of study,five cases fall off,actually completed the number of cases for treatment group(33 cases,control group of 32 cases.Treatment group given WUSHEQUFENG decoction oral(150 ml each time,2 times a day),fire needle(2 times per week),The control group for external use Tacrolimus Ointment(apply to affected area 2 times a day).Respectively in the treatment of 4 and 8 weekend weekend,observe two groups before and after treatment in patients with skin and accompanying symptoms.Resuilt:1.Treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks,two groups of patients LP-ASI score and TCM syndrome score compared with each group before treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05).2.Two groups of patients during treatment on LP-ASI score curative effect of the longitudinal comparison,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In the study,the number of cured patients in treatment group is 4,the number of excellence is 18,the effective and invalid number is 7 and 4,the totle effective rate of the treatment group is 87.88%;in control group,the number of cured patients is 2,the number of excellence is 15,the effective number is 13,and the invalid is 4,the total effective rate is 87.5%,the overall efficacy of two groups of patients was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.The two groups of patients with TCM syndrome score from 4 weekend began to have significant difference(P<0.05),after the follow-up,the two groups of patients with recurrence rate have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion::1.The "Wushequfeng decocyion combined with fire needle"and "external use Tacrolimus Ointment" to improve the symptoms of compressed moss skin effect,in terms of ease of TCM syndrome,to reduce the recurrence rate,the treatment group was better than control group,clinical effect is remarkable.2.Wushequfeng decocyion combined with fire needleis compressed moss(syndrome of wind dampness accumulation)is safe and effective method.
