Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Plaque Psoriasis With Fire Needle Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicinet

ObjectiveType in the dialectical treatment of plaque psoriasis,on the basis of fire needle therapy,observation before and after treatment in patients with skin lesion area and extent(PASI)score and TCM syndrome score,recurrence,differences in three aspects,confirmed that the fire needle combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment of plaque psoriasis has significant curative effect,provide strong evidence for the application of fire needle and promotion.MethodA total of 96 patients with plaque psoriasis who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were divided into 48 patients with blood stasis syndrome group and 48 patients with blood deficiency syndrome group according to TCM dialectical classification.The two groups were further divided into control group(Chinese medicine group)and treatment group(fire acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group)according to random number table method.Control group: blood stasis group was taken Taohong Siwu decoction 300ml/ time,twice a day;blood deficiency group was taken Angelica decoction 300ml/ time,twice a day;The treatment group was additionally given fire injection therapy once a week on the basis of the control group,and the patients in both groups were instructed to recheck once a week for a total of 8 weeks.Patients were evaluated before treatment,4W and 8W of treatment,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and recurrence was followed up 3 months after the end of treatment.ResultBlood stasis syndrome :(1)PASI score comparison: the PASI score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment.The PASI score of the two groups was statistically significant(t=-3.227,P<0.05).(2)The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-2.045,P<0.05),and the improvement rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(3)The recurrence rate of the control group was 25.00%,and that of the treatment group was6.69%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The PASI score of blood deficiency syndrome :(1)PASI the score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment.The PASI score of the two groups was statistically significant(t=-2.992,P<0.05).(2)The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-2.257,P<0.05).The improvement rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(3)The recurrence rate was 13.6% in the control group and 29.16% in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).ConclusionFire acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of plaque psoriasis(blood deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome)is more effective than the simple use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of plaque psoriasis,and the area and severity of skin lesions(PASI)score,TCM syndrome score has been significantly improved,no obvious adverse reactions,low recurrence rate,suitable for clinical application.
