The Effects Of Heart Rate Variability (HRV) By Acupuncturing Left Qiuxu (GB40) Inpatients With Cerebral Infarction In Acute Period

Objective:Making use of heart rate variation recorder,thechanges of HRV index were recorded by acupuncture in patients after cerebral infarction in acute phase cerebral infarction on the left side of Qiuxu point at different times about time domain and frequency domain,to explore the specific regulating effect on autonomic nervous function of heart by the needle on the left side of Qiuxu point of and providemore accurate and reasonable choices of acupuncture point in the clinical treatment.Methods:Randomly selected 30 with standard of this experiment in the acute phase of cerebral infarction patients.Patients are in the quiet state,linking medilog(?)AR12 heart rate variation recorder,recording of acupuncture on the left side of Qiuxu,record including 5 min before pricking,pricking,do manipulation,the needle removal,and 5 minutes after removal,totally five time points.Heart rate variability of quantitative index of high frequency(HF),low frequency(LF)six indexes,analyzes its variation.Result:1.HRV time domain index:RMSSD,SDNN in the comparison between the five time points,the numerical change is not obvious(P>0.05)2.HRV frequency index:TP and LogHF were reduced significantly at points(P>0.05);LF was reduced significantly at points(P>0.05);LgLF/LgHF were increased significantly at points after pricking,compared with the points before pricking,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture on the left side of the Qiuxu can reduce the total cardiac autonomic nerve function;2.Acupuncture on the left side is Qiuxu can cause vagus nerve activity inhibition in patients with acute cerebral infarction.;3.Acupuncture on the left side of the Qiuxu can improve the balance of the sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve tension;4.Acupuncture on the left side of the Qiuxu has after effect on autonomic nerve.
