The Effects Of Heart Rate Variability (HRV) By Acupuncturing Left Taixi (K13) In Patients With Cerebral Infarction In Acute Period

Objective:By acupuncture in patients with acute phase of cerebral infarction of left Taixi acupuncture point,record the different time periods in the process of acupuncture in patients with heart rate variability of the indicators(BPM,SDNN,RMSSD,TP,LF,HF,LF%,HF%,log LF/HF)of the corresponding change,observe its effect on the patients with heart rate variability,explore the needle left Taixi on the autonomic nerve function of patients with acute cerebral infarction and the effect of for clinical use of acupuncture treatment of cerebral infarction after autonomic nerve function.Method:Randomly select from 45-80 years old between brain infarction in patients with acute period of 30(male 18,female 12),mean age 63.8±7.6 years,average duration of 10.33±2.71.Needle left Taixi,participants use medilog(?)AR12 dynamic ecg recorder monitoring of heart rate variability index,record bilateral acupuncture point 5 min before,when acupuncture needling,row needle,needle 10 min),while a needle(20 min)needle,needle out five minutes after 5 time points of heart rate variability of quantitative index of BPM,SDNN,RMSSD,TP,LF,HF,LF%,HF%,log LF/HF.Will use SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis of the data and measurement data using mean±standard deviation(X±S),said the acupuncture before,when the needles are inserted,row needle,needle and out when the 5 min after five time points observed HRV changes through statistical analysis,statistical methods to take repeated measurement data analysis of variance.First Mauchly 's sphericity test,P>0.05,the repeated measurement data under the general linear model is adopted at the single factor analysis of variance,if P<0.05,over football symmetry conditions,degree of freedom for correction,the Greenhouse-Geisser correction coefficient.Each time point HRV comparison between the various indicators of the Bonferroni method,with P<0.05 for statistical significance.Results:1.Acupuncture on the left side of the acute phase of cerebral infarction patients Taixi impact on HRV average heart rate:at the moment of the needle insertion?after the needle stimulation?at the time of the needle removal and 5 minuters after the needle removal comparing with acupuncture before the numerical change is not obvious(P>0.05).2.Acupuncture on the left side of the acute phase of cerebral infarction patients Taixi influences on the targets of HRV time domain:RMSSD,SDNN,at the moment of the needle insertion?after the needle stimulation?at the time of the needle removal and 5 minuters after the needle removal comparing with acupuncture before the numerical change is not obvious(P>0.05).3.Acupuncture cerebral infarction in patients with acute left Taixi influences on the targets of HRV frequency domain:(1)TP in the needle changes after 5min compared with before acupuncture is significant(P<0.01),at the moment of the needle insertion?after the needle stimulation?at the time of the needle removal comparing with acupuncture before the numerical change is not obvious(P>0.05);(2)HF at the moment of the needle insertion?after the needle stimulation?at the time of the needle removal and 5 minuters after the needle removal comparing with acupuncture before the numerical change is obvious(P<0.01);(3)LF at the moment of the needle insertion?after the needle stimulation?at the time of the needle removal and 5 minuters after the needle removal comparing with acupuncture before the numerical change is obvious(P<0.01);(4)HF%at the moment of the needle insertion?after the needle stimulation?at the time of the needle removal and 5 minuters after the needle removal comparing with acupuncture before the numerical change is obvious(P<0.01);(5)LF%at the moment of the needle insertion?after the needle stimulation?and 5 minuters after the needle removal comparing with acupuncture before the numerical change is not obvious(P>0.05),and at the time of the needle removal is obvious(P<0.05);(6)at the moment of the needle insertion?after the needle stimulation?at the time of the needle removal and 5 minuters after the needle removal comparing with acupuncture before the numerical change is obvious(P<0.01);Conclusion:1.Acupuncture on the left side is Taixi acupuncture point on the overall heart rate variability of patients with acute cerebral infarction was not significant.2.Acupuncture on the left side is Taixi den vagus nerve activity in patients with acute cerebral infarction have inhibition,excitation of sympathetic nerve activity.
