The Clinical Research Of Treatment Of Postoperative Colorectal Cancer Patients With Yiqi Jianpi Decotion And XELOX Chemotherapy

Objective:In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with XELOX chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer after radical operation,to explore the clinical significance and practical value of Chinese medicine for the adjunctive therapy of postoperative colorectal cancer.Methods:In this study,50 patients with colorectal cancer were selected as the subjects,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 25 cases.The control group was treated with capecitabine and oxaliplatin(XELOX)chemotherapy,the treatment group was treated with XELOX chemotherapy combined with Yiqi Jianpi Decoction.After 2 cycles of treatment,using statistical methods,analysis of the two groups of patients with tumor markers,TCM symptoms,physical condition,quality of life and other aspects of the change,record the adverse reactions during the treatment,assess the safety of chemotherapy,to explore the effect of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction in adjuvant therapy of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.Results:In terms of weight,two groups of patients before and after treatment were not significant changes in body weight,there was no significant difference(p=0.148>0.05);In terms of tumor markers,CEA and CA199 were not significantly changed in the two groups after treatment,there were no significant differences(p>0.05);In the aspect of TCM symptoms curative effect,the total effective rates of the two groups were respectively 88.0%and 52.0%,the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than control group(p=0.012<0.05);In terms of physical condition,the physical improvement of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05);In terms of quality of life,the average quality of life score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 2 cycles of treatment,,the results of the two groups were significantly different(p=0.018<0.05);On the safety side,the side effects of chemotherapy were mainly reflected in two aspects:bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction,the two groups were similar in the risk of bone marrow suppression,liver damage and neurotoxicity,there were no significant differences(p>0.05);However,the incidence and degree of gastrointestinal reaction in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the control group,there was significant difference in this item(p<0.01).Conclusion:Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with XELOX chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer,Can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce gastrointestinal side effects after chemotherapy.Yiqi Jianpi Decotion in the treatment of colorectal cancer,can play a certain role,is safe and effective.
