Clinical Research On Treat Bone Marrow Suppression Because Of Chemotherapy In Colorectal Cancer Patients With Jianpi Yiqi Yangxue Recipe

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Yiqi Yangxue recipe in the treatment of colorectal cancer after chemotherapy, bone marrow suppression mechanism; the Jianpi Yiqi Yangxue recipe in the treatment of colorectal cancer after chemotherapy, bone marrow suppression; analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional Chinese medicine in the improvement of colorectal cancer patients with chemotherapy bone marrow reserves. Methods:Adopting random and compare ways,48patients met the inclusion criteria of colorectal cancer after chemotherapy.The bone marrow suppression patients were divided into treatment group24cases and control group with24cases in each.24cases of treatment group were given Jianpi Yiqi Yangxue recipe and chemotherapy,24cases of control group were given leucogen and chemotherapy. The2groups were recorded before and after treatment3D,5D,7D after the white cells,red blood cells, hemoglobin, platelet count and two groups of treatment KPS score and body weight changes were observed at the same time, diarrhea, lost of appetite, fatigue, pale facial expression and vomit by4grades score system. Adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during treatment, evaluation of drug efficacy and safety with the SPSS19.0statistical analysis.Results:The WBC level of treatment group significantly increased compared to control group at7days after therapy.(P<0.05)In treatment group the RBC, Hb and PLT levels didn’t change significantly after the therapy (P>0.05). The Karnofsky score and weight increased significantly after therapy in treatment group.(P<0.05)The Karnofsky score of treatment group was significantly higher than control group after therapy.(P<0.05)The symptom scores of diarrhea, lost of appetite, fatigue, pale facial expression and vomit in treatment group decreased after therapy, significantly different compared to control group.(P<0.05) The damage of the liver and kidney function and abnormal ECG never due to the recipe.Conclusions:Jianpi Yiqi Yangxue recipe is effective in improving WBC of colorectal cancer patients after chemotherapy. The recipe can also improve the reserve of bone marrow, improve the life quality of patients, and relieve the adverse reaction of chemotherapy. It is worth dissemination.
