Effects Of Jianpi Jiedu Decoction On Postoperative Colorectal Cancer Patients With CapeOx Chemotherapy

Object To explore the effects of Jianpi Jiedu Decoction on postoperative colorectal cancer patients with Cape OX chemotherapy by observing the changes of clinical indicators,adverse reactions and quality of life scores,and provide clinical basis for improving the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer after operation.Methods From May 2018 to March 2019,62 cases were selected according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria in general surgery department of Putuo Hospital Affiliated to the University of Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine.A prospective randomized controlled clinical trial was used to divide the patients into control group and experimental group.32 cases in control group were given Cape OX chemotherapy,30 cases in experimental group were given Cape OX chemotherapy and Jianpi Jiedu Decoction.The Jianpi Jiedu Decoction were given for 3 weeks at each chemotherapy cycle,and the overall period included 8 cycles of chemotherapy.The efficacy evaluation included objective indicators and subjective indicators.The subjective indicators were composed of KPS score,NRS score,TCM symptom score,Chinese quality of life scale score and adverse reaction evaluation.The objective indicators were composed of tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9,CA50,CA72-4,CA242)and immune function indicators(CD series: CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8).The general data of the patients were analyzed before chemotherapy,including sex,age,stage and location of the tumors,so as to ensure that there was no statistical difference between the control group and the experimental group.The changes of tumor markers and CD series were recorded respectively after the fourth chemotherapy session and after the eighth chemotherapy session.The changes of tumor markers and CD series were recorded.At the same time,the subjective indicators of patients were investigated by questionnaire.In addition,the complete blood cell count during chemotherapy were graded and compared between the experimental group and the control group.The experimental data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 statistical software,and the measurement data were described by mean plus minus standard deviation,and the counting data were described by frequency.The comparison of data results between two groups with normal distribution was conducted by t test,and the comparison among multiple groups was conducted by one-way ANOVA test.P<0.05 was considered as significant difference in all tests.Results 1 Jianpi Jiedu Decoction could improve the functional status,related TCM syndromes and quality of life of patients undergoing Cape OX chemotherapy after colorectal cancer surgery,relieve pain.2 Jianpi Jiedu Decoction could alleviate the adverse digestive tract symptoms and alleviate bone marrow depression in patients undergoing Cape OX chemotherapy after colorectal cancer surgery,but it had less preventive effects on nervous system toxicity and hand-foot syndrome.3 Jianpi Jiedu Decoction could improve the immune index CD3 of patients receiving Cape OX chemotherapy after colorectal cancer surgery and enhance their immunity.Conclusion Jianpi Jiedu Decoction can improve the quality of life of patients undergoing Cape OX regimen chemotherapy after colorectal cancer surgery,reduce the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy,and improve immunity.
