| Object:To observe the clinic effect of Yi Qi Jie Du decoction in treatment of postoperative patients with colorectal tumor.Method:40cases of postoperative patients with colorectal tumor were all retreatmentt and randomly divided into two groups,20cases of treat group were treated with Yi Qi Jie Du decoction(one dose a day for eight weeks)and chemotherapy with Xelox scheme(L-OHP130mg/m2ivgtt2h Dayl;Xeloda1000mg/(m2d) were taken orally for14days);another20cases of control group were treated with chemotherapy with the same scheme only.Compare the two groups in clinical symptom amelioration,the level of serum CEA,degree of side effects caused by chemotherapy and count out the difference in the upper aspects between the groups.Result:The treat group has significantly better effect on reducing of the CEA value and improving symptoms and common conditions compared with thecontrol group(P<0.05).The treat group displayed more effective in alleviating the side effects,sucn as vomitting. Conclusion:In the treatment of postoperative patients with colorectal tumor, Yi Qi Jie Du decoction proved it’s function in the effect of chemotherapy, reducing the CEA value, relieving the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy improving the immune function,stabling the tumor, ameliorating living quantity and prolonging the life span. |
