ObjectiveThis study by observing ziyin latent Yang phlegm method to treat high blood pressure with hyperlipidemia(Yin hand and phlegm turbidity syndrome)clinical curative effect, effect and TCM syndrome before and after treatment, blood pressure and blood lipid levels of change.MethodsIn this study,60 patients were diagnosed as fit for inclusion criteria by selecting patients in the heart of the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2017 to December 2017.The 60 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group 30 patients, the control group:control diet and the improvement of lifestyle, captopril 12.5mg three times daily;Reshuvastatin tablets 10mg per night orally.Treatment group:on the basis of the control group, the Chinese medicine decoction(in accordance with the method of nourishing Yin latent Yang and phlegm)was taken orally 2 times before breakfast. Each of the 30 cases was 1 month. The changes of TCM syndromes,TCM symptoms and blood pressure(diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure),blood lipid levels(TC,TG and 1dl-c)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results1.Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine:? The total effective rate of TCM was 90.0%and 66.67%,respectively,in the treatment group and the control group.? The total integral of syndromes change:the control group before and after medication has statistical significance(P<0.05),the treatment group before and after medication has statistical significance(P<0.01),the comparison between the two groups group with statistical significance(P<0.01),changes in treatment group was better than the control group.2.Blood pressure changes:the control group before and after medication has statistical significance(P<0.05),the treatment group before and after medication has statistical significance(P<0.01),the contrast between the two groups group with statistical significance(P<0.01),changes in treatment group was better than the control group.3.The blood lipid changes:the control group before and after medication has statistical significance(P<0.05),the treatment group before and after medication has statistical significance(P<0.01),the contrast between the two groups group has statistical significance(P<0.01),changes in treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion1.the method of nourishing yin and suppressing yang to dissipate phlegm can reduce TCM syndrome scores and improve TCM syndromes in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia(yin deficiency yang hyperactivity and phlegm turbidity syndrome).2.the method of nourishing yin and suppressing yang to dissipate phlegm can reduce the blood pressure of patients with hypertension and hyperlipemia(yin deficiency yang hyperactivity and phlegm turbidity syndrome).3.the method of nourishing yin and suppressing yang to dissipate phlegm can improve the blood lipid level of patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia(yin deficiency yang hyperactivity and phlegm turbidity syndrome).
