Clinical Study On The Effect Of Qian Yang Huo Xue Tang Detection On Treating Primary Hypertension With Syndrome Of Yang Hyperactivity And Blood Stasis

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and safty of Qian Yang Huo Xue Tang(QYHXT) in treating essential hypertension(EH) patients.Methods:59 patients of essential hypertension with yang hyperactivity and blood stasis Syndrome,aged30to65,were enrolled from the clinic of Hei Longjiang university of TCM.They were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group and western medicine control group) the treated group were treated with QYHXT and Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets,the control group were treated with Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets.The measured parameters include blood pressure,clinical symptom and dyslipidia before and after treating.Results:Both the treating group and the control group can depress blood pressure effectively and there is no remarkable difference between the two groups (p＞0.05),both the treating group and the control group can improve patients'clinical symptom effectively,and the treating group had better effect than the control group(p＜0.05).both the treating group and the control group can decrease the level of TC,TG,LDL-C in blood,and the treating group can raise the level of HDL-C.The treating group had better effect than the control group(p＜0.05).Conclusion:QYHXT can decrease remarkably blood pressure,and the treating group had better effect than the control group.It can decrease blood pressure,decrease symptoms,regulate dyslipidia and raise quality of life.
