| ObjectiveClinical trials using randomized control study,to explore the clinical effect of medicated thread moxibustion for treatment of external humeral epicondylitis,evaluate its safety and effectiveness,and provide scientific basis for clinical application in the future.MethodsWe divided our 60 patients from Acupuncture Clinic and GuangZhou Elderly university were randomly assigned to the A group(medicated threads moxibustion)and B group(acupuncture treatment).Group A used of lines made of Zhuang Traditional Chinese Medicinethe.First of all,near the elbow joint by pressing the method to find the Ashi points,and then use of medicated thread moxibustion in Ashi point,Hegu point and some points of the nearby Ashi point.Group B(ordinary acupuncture method),according to Gao Shuzhong,chief editor of the "12th Five-Year Plan" textbooks "acupuncture and moxibustion theraphy" standard prescription for ankle sprains,selection of Ashi,Quchi,Zhouliao,Shousanli point.The time of treatment was 2 weeks,and the medicated threads moxibustion and acupuncture treatment were once every other day.In this research,the VAS pain score,Mayo Elbow joint function score and diagnostic criteria of TCM symptoms were used as the main observation indexes,respectively,before and after treatment,first time after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment to observe the index score of the treatment of the patients with.Finally,the data were collected for statistical analysis to make a scientific and systematic evaluation.ResultsThere was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,VAS pain score,Mayo Elbow function score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the baseline data of the two groups were balanced.After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups.The two groups after treatment VAS score was also statistically significant(P<0.05),which shows that the medicated threads moxibustion than ordinary acupuncture immediate analgesic effect is obvious.The VAS score of two groups after treatment did not have statistical significance(P>0.05),that is,medicated thread moxibustion and ordinary acupuncture treatment at the end of the 2 weeks after the end of treatment,there was no significant difference in pain.Two groups of patients with Mayo Elbow joint function score,each group after treatment compared with before treatment,were statistically significant(P<0.05).The end of two groups after 2 weeks of treatment compared with no significant difference(P>0.05),medicated thread moxibustion and ordinary acupuncture can improve joint function,relieve pain,but the medicated thread moxibustion in fast relieve joint pain,improve joint.function has the advantage,but in first days after treatment there is reflected.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the Mayo elbow function score and the curative effect evaluation of Chinese medicine(P<0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment.ConclusionTwo ways to treat humeral condyle inflammation on the outside is effective,can very good pain relief,to improve the function of the elbow.medicated threads moxibustion group in terms of pain relief work faster,and after the first treatment curative effect is superior to control group,as a result,medicine line points outside the moxibustion in the treatment of humerus condyle inflammation aspects has the very good instant analgesic effect.Mayo elbow joint function score the total effective rate of treatment group cure rate and effective and the control group no significant difference,but point moxibustion medicine line simple operation,short time-consuming,patients accept degree is high,better compliance,is on the outside of the clinical treatment of humerus condyle inflammation is an effective simple doctor of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods,is worth popularizing in clinic. |
