Research On The Problems And Paths Of The Combination Of Medical Care And Elderly Care In Wanzhou District

The global aging storm has hit,and China has entered the aging society since the end of the 20 th century.The aging population is accompanied by the increase of health and care problems of the elderly.With the increase of age,the body function gradually declines,and the risk of various diseases gradually increases.China's aging problem is quite serious,especially in rural areas.Wanzhou is a typical area with serious rural aging.At present,the existing pension mode is difficult to meet the needs of life care and medical services for the elderly in rural areas,so the combination of medical care and pension mode arises at the historic moment.The combination of medical care and pension mode is conducive to breaking the traditional pension mode of separation of traditional Chinese medicine and pension,meeting the daily needs of the elderly for medical treatment.At the same time,the combination of medical care and pension mode is conducive to the healthy development of China's pension industry,and has a boosting effect on the economic recovery after the epidemic.At present,the combination of medical care and pension is still in the primary stage in China.Although there is a certain development in the coastal developed cities,the overall development level is not high,and the combination of medical care and pension in rural areas is in the ascendant with many difficulties.Based on the theoretical basis and the latest research results at home and abroad,this paper expounds the concepts of population aging,pension mode,combination of medical care and pension service,and combs the welfare pluralistic theory,positive aging theory and elderly demand theory.And on this basis,uses the literature research method,the combination of medical care and pension service Through investigation and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the development status of the mode of combining medical care with pension in rural areas of Wanzhou District,and finds that the mode of combining medical care with pension in rural areas of Wanzhou District mainly has some problems,such as insufficient government support,insufficient human security,imperfect pension institutions and weak service ability.In order to further promote the healthy development of the mode of combining medical care with pension in rural areas of Wanzhou District,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: increase the government's support for the pension industry,speed up the construction of talent team,create more and better medical care and pension institutions,and improve the service ability of combining medical care with pension.
