Objective:This study was designed to retrospectively analysis and evaluate clinical efficacy of manipulative reduction combined with minimally invasive tension band and kirschner wire tension band in the treatment of olecranon fracture.Methods(1)Group:Collccting 46 patients with olecranon fractures be hospitalized in Wendeng Osteopath Hospital of Shandong Province from 2014 to 2017.(2)Means:22patients were treated with manipulative reduction combined with minimally invasive tension band, while the other 24 patients with Kirschner wire tension, all patients received the same treatment and limb functional exercise.(3)Observasion:Comparing the two diffferent surgical treatments in terms of operating time, early postoperative VAS pain score, the difference between the injured limb and the healthy limb, fracture healing time,HSS elbow score and complication.indicators.ResultsPatients were followed up for 5 months to 12 months,an average of 8.5 months.(1)The comparision results of the two sets in operating time,HSS elbow score, complication were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)The comparision results of the two sets in early postoperative VAS pain score, the difference between the injured limb and the healthy limb, fracture healing time was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionManipulative reduction combined with minimally invasive tension band has more obvi ous advantages than kirscher wire tension band system in treating olecranon fracture f or it being fixed firmly, small surgical trauma, rapid fracture healing, small scar,as well a s being in line with the principles of inner fixed according to Biomechanics which is conductive to early exercise.
