Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Shoulder Joint Arthritis With The Combination Of Tendon Manipulation And Joint Mobilization

1 ObjectiveObjective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with the combination of tendon and manipulation.2 MethodsIn a randomized controlled study method,by using the method of single blind randomized design,will meet the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria by picking out the selected cases as the subjects were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases of massage combined with joint mobilization);30 cases in the control group(TDP light therapy combined with joint mobilization)two all patients every other day for 1 times,6 times for 1 courses,2 courses of treatment.Respectively before and after treatment by VAS visual analogue scale assessment of two groups of patients with pain,and JOA score of shoulder joint of patients with symptoms including pain,function,activity,stability,X-ray score,and clinical observation.3 Results(1)Two groups of curative effect observation:treatment group total effective rate 90%,control group total effective rate 83.3%,two groups of comparison difference has statistical significance(P=0.016);(2)(2)After treatment of two groups of patients with pain grade and JOA hip score were significantly improved compared with the group before treatment,and the treatment group(P=0.000)above evaluation indexes were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the treatment group can obviously improve the clinical symptoms.4 ConclusionThe treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with the combination of manipulation of tendon and tendon can relieve the pain and improve the clinical effect.In the course of treatment,the manipulation should be carried out in strict accordance with the operating standards,the treatment process as required,and in addition,patients with less pain during treatment,the method is easy to be accepted,so the method is worthy of clinical promotion.
