The Clinical Efficacy Of Relaxing Needling "Shoulder Three Points" Combined With Stretch Manipulation In The Treatment Of Periarthritis Of Shoulder

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of relaxing needling "shoulder three points" combined with stretch manipulation in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,to provide scientific research basis and ideas for the exploration of improving the clinical treatment effect of periarthritis of shoulder,and to form a set of standardized treatment plan for periarthritis of shoulder.Methods 90 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in treatment group with relaxing needling "shoulder three points"(Jianyu,jianliao,jianqian)combined with stretch manipulation,the control group with conventional acupuncture and massage treatment.The two groups were treated once a day,10 times for a course of treatment.After the end of one course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,shoulder pain score and joint function score of the two groups were observed.Statistical methods were used for intra-group and inter-group comparison after treatment.Results 1.Intra-group comparison after treatment:After the treatment,there were significant differences in shoulder pain score and joint function score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting relaxing needling "shoulder three points" combined with stretch manipulation and conventional acupuncture and massage treating periarthritis of shoulder can obviously relieve shoulder pain and improve the shoulder joint function,the overall treatment effect is obvious.2.Inter-group Comparison after treatment:After the treatment,The absolute values of shoulder pain score and joint function score in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of relaxing needling "shoulder three points" combined with stretch manipulation in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder was better than that of conventional acupuncture and massage therapy in alleviating the shoulder pain and improving the shoulder joint function.After treatment,the markedly effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of relaxing needling "shoulder three points" combined with stretch manipulation in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder was better than that of conventional acupuncture and massage.Conclusion 1.The treatment of periarthritis of shoulder by the relaxing needling"shoulder three points" combined with stretch manipulation and conventional acupuncture and massage has obvious therapeutic effect,and the former is better in alleviating the shoulder pain and improving the shoulder joint function.2.The relaxing needling "three points shoulder" combined with stretch manipulation in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder has relatively obvious curative effect,it can provide a new idea and basis for the combined treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with a variety of methods,which has certain application value.
