Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Tongbi Shujin Liquid Combined With Manipulation And Exercise On Periarthritis Of Shoulder In Moderate Stiffness Stage

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Tongbi Shujin liquid combined with massage manipulation and functional exercise in the treatment of moderate stiffness periarthritis of shoulder and the changes of abnormal ultrasonic image after the treatment.Methods: From October 2017 to November 2018,105 patients with periarthritis of shoulder in orthopedic department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into A,B,C groups by SPSS software,35 cases in each group.In group A,there were 2 cases of shedding and 33 cases of actual cases.In group B,there were 3 cases of shedding and 32 cases of actual cases.In group C,there were 3 cases of shedding and 32 cases of actual cases.At the same time record their sex,age,course of disease,disease position and other basic information.Group A was treated with massage plus functional exercise;Group B was treated with saline permeation plus massage plus functional exercise;Group C was treated with Tongbi Shujin liquid permeation plus massage plus functional exercise.Each patient was treated for 4 weeks,on before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 2 months after treatment,the pain score,activity of daily living score,shoulder joint activity score and muscle strength score were measured and recorded.The changes of inflammation and effusion were compared at 2 months after treatment.The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results: 1.Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the three groups(P>0.05).2.97 patients were examined by ultrasound.There were 26 cases without abnormal and 71 cases abnormal,the positive rate was 73.20%.There was no significant difference in the number of abnormal images in inflammation,other(effusion,etc.)in all groups(P>0.05).3.The VAS,ADL,ROM,MMT score and total CMS score of group A,B and C were compared before and 4 weeks after treatment respectively(P<0.05),and there was significant difference among the three groups.There were significant differences among the three groups in VAS,ADL,ROM,MMT score and total CMS score were higher than those before treatment.4.After four weeks of treatment,(1)There was significant difference in the total curative effect between group A and group B(P<0.05),and group B was better than group A.There was significant difference in VAS and ROM scores(P<0.05).The VAS and ROM scores in group B were higher than those in group A.There was no significant difference in ADL and MMT scores(P>0.05).(2)There was significant difference in the total curative effect between group A and group C(P<0.05),and group C was better than group A.There were significant differences in VAS,ADL and ROM scores(P<0.05).In group C,VAS,ADL and ROM scores were higher than those in group A.There was no significant difference in MMT scores(P> 0.05).(3)There was significant difference in the total curative effect between group B and group C(P<0.05),and group C was better than group B.There were significant differences in VAS,ADL and ROM scores(P<0.05).The VAS,ADL and ROM scores in group C were higher than those in group B.There was no significant difference in MMT scores(P>0.05).5.Two months after the end of the treatment,(1)There was significant difference in the efficacy between group A and group B(P<0.05).The efficacy of group B was higher than that of group A.There was no significant difference in the improvement of ultrasound images between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)There was significant difference in the efficacy between group A and group C(P<0.05).The efficacy of group C was higher than that of group A.There was significant difference in the improvement of ultrasound images between the two groups(P<0.05).The improvement of ultrasound images in group C was better than that in group A.(3)There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The effect of group C was higher than that of group B.There was a significant difference in the improvement of ultrasound images between the two groups(P<0.05).The improvement of ultrasound images in group C was better than that in group B.Conclusion: Tongbi Shujin liquid penetration combined with massage manipulation and functional exercise can improve shoulder pain,activities of daily living,shoulder mobility and muscle strength of patients,which indicates that this treatment is an effective and targeted comprehensive therapy to promote the recovery of moderate stiffness periarthritis of shoulder.
