Clinical Study On The Effect Of Tongluo Juanbi Decoction On The Peripheral Neurotoxicity Of Chemotherapy

Objective: To explore the efficacy of Tongluo Juanbi Decoction in the treatment of CIPN and the effective rate of prevention of CIPN.For the Chinese medicine in the chemotherapy from the effect of reducing the role of providing a certain clinical basis.Methods: Clinical study one:A total of 60 patients with CIPN who developed chemotherapy with peripheral neurotoxicity were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,30 cases in each group.Chinese medicine group to Tongluo Juanbi Decoction soaking,Western medicine group to Mecobalamin 0.5mg oral Tid,1 day,a total of 21 days of treatment.The levels of serum NGF,CIPN therapeutic effect,ECOG score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the overall curative effect was evaluated.Clinical study two:80 patients with peripheral neurotoxic chemotherapy were r-andomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 patients in each gr-oup.The treatment group in the first day of chemotherapy to Tongluo Juanbi D-ecoction soaking,1 day,21 days for a course of treatment,continuous 2 chemotherapy cycle.The control group on the first day of chemotherapy to Mecob-alamin 0.5mg oral Tid.After two treatment cycles,the serum NGF levels,the incidence and grade of CIPN,the ECOG score and the adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.The overall curative effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results: Clinical study one: 1.Overall efficacy:The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was(74.1%)was better than that of western medicine group(41.4%).Comparison of the two groups of neurotoxicity degradation,the difference was statistically signifi-ant(P<0.05).2.Serum NGF levels:After treatment,serum NGF levels in patients with traditional Chinese medicine were significantly higher than those in western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.ECOG:After treatment,the distribution of ECOG score in Chinese medicine group and western medicine group was tested by P<0.05;the difference was statistically significant.Clinical study two: 1.The incidence of neurotoxicity:The incidence of neurotoxicity in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(76.3%),the differe-nce was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Serum NGF levels:After treatment,the serum NGF level in the treatment grou-p was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.01).3.ECOG:The distribution of ECOG score in the treatment group and the control group was tested by P<0.05;the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:At the same time in the treatment of chemotherapy to give Tongluo Juanbi decoction soaking,can significantly reduce the incidence of CIPN,slow down the trend of serum NGF,improve the patient ECOG score,the effect is better than oral mecobalamin.For those who have had CIPN,Tongluo Juanbi decoction treatment effect is significant,can increase serum NGF levels,improve patient quality of life,and significantly better than oral administration of mecob-alamin treatment.
