Huoxue Tongluo Zhitong Decoction For The Treatment Of Oxaliplatin Clinical Study Of Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction and foaming combined with mecobalamin tablets in the treatment of peripheral toxicity of oxaliplatin,and to provide evidence-based medical basis for clinical treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin?Methods: In clinical diagnosis and treatment,72 patients with peripheral neuropathy caused by oxaliplatin were randomly screened out in line with the clinical diagnosis of Chinese and western medicine,and were randomly divided into 2 groups,36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with mecobalamine tablets for 1 course.Treatment group in the control group on the basis of treatment,combined with huoxue tongluo zhitong decoction wash treatment for 1 course.Results:1.Comparing the quality of life scores of the two groups after treatment,P<0.05,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.2%,of which 1 case was decreased,and the total effective rate of the control group was 88.9%,which decreased by 4 cases,P< 0.05,statistically significant;2.To compare the neurotoxicity grading of the two groups after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.6%,of which 11 cases were cured,18 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group was61.1%,of which 6 cases were cured,and 16 were effective.For example,14 cases were ineffective,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant;3.Compare the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,of which 13 cases were markedly effective and 6 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group was66.7%,of which 6 cases were markedly effective.12 cases,P <0.05,were statistically significant;4.Comparing the card scores of the two groups after treatment,P <0.05,statisticallysignificant?Conclusion:There was a significant difference in the efficacy of the treatment group and the control group.It is suggested that Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy caused by oxaliplatin has significant clinical effects,can significantly improve the symptoms of peripheral neuropathy,improve the quality of life of patients,and is safer.It should be clinically Promote.
