Outside Wash The Tongluo As Treatment Of Chemotherapy-induced Peripheral Neuropathy In Clinical Studies

Objective:①Observing the therapeutic effects of waixi formula on the treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy(CIPN).②investigating the factor that affect the therapeutic effects of waixi formula of CIPN.Method:68 cases CIPN were divided into treatment group (34 cases) and control group (34cases). The waixi group is treated with waixi formula. The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of Cobamamide. Referring to CIPN Patient Questionnaire, the grading scores before and after treatment were recorded and made a comparison after two weeks. The result was analyzed by SARS software.Results:1. The total effective rate of treatment group is 61.80%, and control group is 38.20%.The result shows that there is no statistics difference between two groups P=0.151 (P>0.05)2.①The total effective rate of L-OHP induced CIPN is 91.00%, The total effective rate of L-OHP induced CIPN is 71.43%, The total effective rate of PTX induced CIPN is 46.15%,it shows that there is no statistics difference between two groups P=0,107 (P<0.05).Conclusion:The total effective rate of waixi formula on the treatment of paclitaxel induced neuropathy is higher than that of the ctrol group. But there is no statistics difference between two groups. Waixi formula is more effective on the cases of L-OHP induced CIPN than that of paclitaxel,and there is no statistics difference.Waixi formula has the same therapeutic effect on the cases with difference grade of CIPN.
