Based On The Post Competency Of High-end Care Personnel Training Mode Research

As society develops and the transformation of medical model,nursing object has shift from the patient to the whole body.Nowadays,the traditional nurse training mode has not been satisfied with high-quality nursing talents,and comprehensive,diverse nursing service needs.Training high-quality practical nursing talents who can be a qualified nurse for the society is an important research topic of the current reform of nursing education.Thesis adopts the combination of theoretical research and investigation and deeply analysis of the present situation of the nursing personnel training based on post competency related theory.To study use of competency for nursing students that already exist.To find the main problems of competency of nursing student through self-evaluation of them and evaluation of employ experts.As follow: overall evaluation of nursing students of competency is not high,professional knowledge and skills is not enough,humanistic quality need to be improved,lacking clinical nursing comprehensive ability,Critical thinking ability is relatively weak,Scientific research and innovation ability obviously inadequate,ect.The main reasons are lagging education concept,unreasonable curriculum,teaching means and methods need to be updated,single evaluation method teachers' ability is weak,ect.In view of lacking of competency for nursing students the following methods are putting post competence as the core of nursing students,optimizing the talent training scheme,constructing of curriculum system scientifically,updating the education methods,means and evaluation way,to strengthen the construction of teaching staff,building high-end nursing personnel training mode based on post competency.New talent training model pays more attention to strength competency penetration in the education teaching practice,combination of personnel training and employ needs,making scientific of nursing education reform and talent cultivation.Providing guidance and advice for S school of secondary and undergraduate education and providing reference for the nursing training reform of health vocational schools as well.
