The study on job satisfaction has been a pop subject for quite a long time in the field of Industry Psychology, Management Psychology, Social Psychology, Behavior in Organizations and Human Resource Management. Army is a very special organization and the job satisfaction of military personnel is a very important factor which influences the morale and battle effectiveness. As both military personnel and medical staff, medical staff in military hospital is a special group. Their job attitude directly impacts their daily medical works, which further more influences the medical supports in war time. Hence, to evaluate and improve military medical personnel's job satisfaction means so much.Based on the analysis of literatures, we used Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) to investigate military medical personnel's to analyze the personal statistic factors which influence their job satisfaction and to discuss the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, turnover intention.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1. The job satisfaction of medical staff in this military hospital is atcomparatively high level. There are significant difference among the jobsatisfaction of medical staff from different positions, categories and departments.But there is no significant difference among the job satisfaction of medical staff which are different in gender, age, work years, marriage, grade, and education background. Conclusively, position, category, and department are important factors which influence medical personnel's job satisfaction.2. There is significant positive correlation between the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the medical staff, and there is also significant negative correlation between their job satisfaction and turnover intention. Both exterior satisfaction and interior satisfaction can predict organizational commitment effectively. And only exterior satisfaction can predict turnover intention effectively.
