Research On The Construction Of Satisfaction Evaluation Index System Of Medical And Nursing Institutions

In recent years,our country is rapidly growing in an ageing population,more than 60 elderly population proportion rises year by year,with the comprehensive development of economy and society,solve the problem of the elderly support is imminent.Although,life care service and the quality of medical service technology rise,along with our country endowment service technical level,but pension services still exist many problems needed to resolve from the point of satisfaction in the elderly,The thesis aims at making exploratory development on measurement system of elderly satisfaction in medical-nursing combined institutional care.On the basis of literature review and an investigation of actuality of measuring elderly satisfaction in medical-nursing combined institutional care organizations in china,the author identifies the main existing problems.IN order to resolve these problem,the author presents a measurement index system,including multiple dimensions and layers,and questionnaire transformed from the system.The author uses SPSS17.0 for Windows to make a reliability analysis and a validity analysis on the data obtained through a questionnaire survey on both inpatients and outpatients.The results indicate that the measurement index system is reasonable and applicable for medical-nursing combined institutional care in China.The author also stars an empirical research into the methods to apply the system to medical-nursing combined institutional care in China.On the basis of the research,the author presents three methods of analyzing the data obtained through elderly satisfaction investigation.Besides,in the course of analyzing the demands of different type patients in service,the paper tries to discuss the demands of social vulnerable groups,and makes relevant suggestions for medical-nursing combined institutional care salvation.With the outputs of the foregoing research,the thesis proceeds to bring forward suggestions to help deep going the research and apply the measurement index system more efficiently.
