Objective: Job satisfaction is an important indicator of the organizations diagnosis and motivation in management. Through the work of medical staff satisfaction surveys, we not only can understand the medical staffs'job satisfaction but also can know some problems in hospital management. This article is a Survey on a general hospital medical staff job satisfaction in Mongolia, we can analyze the hospital medical staffs'situation of job satisfaction and by the basis of the findings to find the measures of improving job satisfaction for the hospital management officers.Methods: This study used a questionnaire survey method, first of all, a rigorous scale construction, to build a hospital medical staff for the job satisfaction scale, and then based on a questionnaire survey into the field. Use cronbach'sαto test the reliability. Use Pearson Correlation to test the validity. Result applied the software analyzes the data,sample is with the percentage, average value, the standard differs to describe the analysis, analyzing the difference of the personal characteristic in employee's approval of the medical personnel with the t-test, One-way AVOVA.Results: 1. The hospital medical staff satisfaction with the dimension of the higher average.2. Different age, educational level, on-the-job time, income of the medical staff satisfaction with the work of the overall statistical is significance of differences. 3. Different levels of education of medical staffs in all dimensions of satisfaction ,there was a significant difference between the medical staffs. Different sections of the medical staff in the "hospital management system", "training", "social recognition", "rewarding" the existence of satisfaction differences are significant. Different time on-the-job medical personnel in the "physical environment of the hospital," "income", "hospital management system", "administrator", "social recognition" and "risk" aspects of satisfaction, there was a significant difference. Different medical personnel on revenues, in the hospital, "the physical environment", "training", "promotion", "the relation- ship between colleagues" and "managers" of satisfaction was significantly higher.Conclusion:1,Improve the physical environment of the hospital 2,Enhance the learning and training medical staff input 3,Improve the pay and benefits 4,Great importance to the medical staff professional development planning. 5,Create a fair, hospitals and cultural solidarity, and enhance a sense of belonging to the medical staff...
