Establishment Of Medical-nursing Combined Social Service System For The Aged Based On The Demand

With the advent of silver wave,the pressure to provide for the aged has aggravated.Although the service industry for the aged has developed rapidly in recent years,and we preliminary establish the elder's social service system,which is based on the home,relied on the communities,and supported by the institutions,it shows the characteristics of obvious fragmentation.Based on four cases and three dimensions,the research establishes medical-nursing combined social service system from the horizontal and vertical aspects,which improves the elder's social service system in China.The existing theoretical researches mainly focus on forming the distinctive elder's social service system on the condition of different countries.Compared to foreign countries,the establishment and perfection of the elder's social service system in China have a totally different situation,while Chinese scholars lack study in these aspects.There is no discussion about the elder's social service system which is inclusive and conforms to the characteristics of our country.The researches mainly focus on different pattern of social service system for the aged.Through establishing the medical-nursing combined social service system for the aged based on the demand,this research strengthens the integration and association of existing patterns and contents,which enriches and perfects the relevant theories in social service system for the aged.First,on the basis of reviewing and combing the relevant theories at home and abroad,and consider the status of our country's existing social endowment service,this study analyzes the four cases by case study method,and divides the forms into the linkage mode and the embedded mode,which include home care with home sicked,community with medical-nursing,institution integrating with health care and hospital with separated wards for the aged.Then,analyze the elderly demand according to three dimensions which contain self-care ability,chronic illnesses,availability of family care service.This category decides the choice of elderly for the different modes on the basis of different need.Except the elderly who has is suitable to adopt the family care form,the rest are linked with corresponding forms,which can determine different medical-nursing combined forms according to different needs.Second,on the basis of the analysis results,come up with suggestions from the perspectives of model building,content replenishment and elements support,which can further promote system construction.
