Purposes:The purpose of this study was to explore the distribution regularity of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of early constipation of patients with Thoracic and Lumbar Fractures, and to provide evidence for effective prevention and treatment of early constipation in patients with thoracic and lumbar fractures. Methods:According to the clinical research program, referring to the relevant literature, the inclusion of patients with information collected, and in the light of "Opinion on Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Constipation" in the constipation of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome. To establish a clinical questionnaire for Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of early constipation of patients with Thoracic and Lumbar Fractures, and to collect related information about Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of early constipation of patients with Thoracic and Lumbar Fractures,The distribution rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of early constipation of patients with Thoracic and Lumbar Fractures were obtained, and the related factors of syndrome were discussed. The data was analyzed by the SPSS 24.0.Results:1?The distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of this study collected in line with the inclusion criteria of 216 patients with early constipation were: the most common was the syndrome of intestinal qi stagnation(35.2%),76cases;followed by the syndrome of intestinal excess heat(32.4%),70 cases;the third was the syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen(17.6%),38 cases;the fourth was the syndrome of deficiency of fluid and blood(7.9%),17 cases;and the least was the deficiency of spleen kidney yang type(6.9%),15 cases.According to Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of deficiency and excess summary: the syndrome of intestinal excess heat and the syndrome of intestinal excess heat were classified as the excess syndrome; The syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen, the syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and the syndrome of deficiency of fluid and blood were classified as the deficiency syndrome; The distribution of the syndrome of deficiency and excess of constipation in 216 patients who met the inclusion criteria: the most common was the excess syndrome(67.6%),a total of 146 cases;the least was the deficiency syndrome(32.4%),70cases;In the excess syndrome, the most common was the syndrome of intestinal qi stagnation(35.2%),76 cases; And in the deficiency syndrome, the most common was the syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen(17.6%),38 cases.2 ? The distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of early constipation of patients with Thoracic and Lumbar Fractures were correlated with gender, body weight(kg),BMI(kg/m2),fracture etiology(all P <0.05),and the patient's age(age),height(m),the onset of the season, eating habits, fracture site, fracture incidence were not related.3?The study collected 216 patients who met the inclusion criteria,in gender, the most common were women(71.3%),with a total of 154 cases;men were rare(28.7%),with a total of 62 cases; The ratio of male to female was about 1: 2.48;In the age(years)section, the most common was 60 ~ 69.9 years(29.6%),64 cases, the average age(years)was 64.59±3.18 years;followed by 70 to 79.9 years(25.0%),54 cases, the average age(years)was 73.91±2.57 years;the third was 80 to89.9 years(19.0%),41 cases, the average age(years)was 82.29±2.02 years; In the height(m)section, the most common was 1.50 ~ 1.59m(46.8%),101 cases, the average height(m)was 1.56±0.03m;followed by 1.60 ~ 1.69m(41.7%),90 cases, the average height(m)was 1.64±0.02m;the third was 1.70 ~ 1.80m(9.3%),20 cases, the average height(m)was 1.73±0.02m;In the weight(kg)section, the most common was 50 ~ 59.9kg(47.7%),103 cases, the average weight(kg)was 54.70±2.76kg;followed by 60 ~ 69.9kg(34.7%),75 cases, the average weight(kg)was 63.53±2.75kg;the third was 40 ~ 49.9kg(11.1%),24 cases, the average weight(kg)was 45.45±2.81kg;In the BMI(kg/m2)value,the most common was normal(76.9%),166 cases, the average BMI(kg/m2)value was 22.10±1.71kg/m2;followed by overweight(14.8%),32 cases, the average BMI(kg/m2)value was 26.69±1.5 kg/m2,and the third was too light(7.4%)and 16 cases, the average BMI(kg/m2)value of 17.61±0.96 kg/m2;The most common season of the patients were summer and autumn(59.7%),a total of 129 cases; The most common eating habits of patients were meat and spicy(56.5%),a total of 122 cases.4?The study collected 216 patients who met the inclusion criteria,in the cause of fracture, the most common was low energy trauma(45.8%),99 cases;followed by high-energy trauma(35.2%),76 cases;and the least was no obvious trauma(19.0%),41 cases; In the fracture site, the most common was the middle(T11 ~ L2)(82.9%),179 cases;followed by the lower(L3 ~ L5)(12.5%),27 cases;and the least was the upper(T1 ~ T10)(4.6%),10 cases. In the fracture segment, the most common was the single segment fractures(74.1%),160 cases;Multi-segmental fractures rare(25.9%),56 cases.5?The correlation factors of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes in early constipation of patients with Thoracic and Lumbar Fractures with constipation analysis showed that the risk factors of the syndrome of intestinal excess heat was the cause of fracture(P < 0.05);And the risk factors of the syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen was gender(P < 0.05);Other syndromes were no risk factors.Conclusions:1 ? The distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of earlyconstipation of patients with Thoracic and Lumbar Fractures were: the syndrome of intestinal qi stagnation > the syndrome of intestinal excess heat > the syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen > the syndrome of deficiency of fluid and blood > the syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney; The distribution of the syndrome of deficiency and excess of constipation were: the excess syndrome > the deficiency syndrome; In the excess syndrome, the most common was the syndrome of intestinal qi stagnation; And in the deficiency syndrome, the most common was the syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen.2 ? The distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of early constipation of patients with Thoracic and Lumbar Fractures were correlated with gender, body weight(kg),BMI(kg/m2),fracture etiology.
