Epidemiological Studies On Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes Distribution Regularity And Differentiation Features Of Perimenopasal Syndrome

Objective To explore the clinical features and summarize the syndromes distribution regularity and the characteristics of syndrome differentiation. At last summarize the standard of diagnoses. Methods Using clinicalinvestigation methods--sampling survey method ,questionnaires were applied to the Perimenopausal Syndrome patients. clinical data was statistically analyzed by in order to observe the clinical features and the syndromes distribution regularity and the characteristics of syndrome differentiation. Results 1.By the statistical analysis of data,these results were obtained: (1) The Perimenopausal Syndrome patients are inclined to the ages between 45 and 49. (2) brainworkers are prone to have the disease .(3)It is the most top type of Liver depression and kidney deficiency.(4)The primary symptoms and signs Perimenopausal Syndrome patients according to the occurrent data were following in turn: sleep-disorder(86%),fever heat and sweat (86%),hypodynamia (85%),sore wais(t82%),forgettery(79%),neurolysis(78%),menstrual disorder or menopause(69%).2.On the basis of results of logistic regression analysis,we gaineded principal symptoms statistically significant to syndromes diagnosis of TCM. Conclusion 1,Four features of the disease coming on are generalized .2,Logistic regression is helpful to classification of elementary syndromes of TCM. 3. It is significant practically to carry out epidemiological study of syndromes of TCM of Perimenopausal Syndrome.
