The Purgation In The Treatment Of Thoracic And Lumbar Vertebrae Compression Fracture In Perioperative Application

Objectives:To establish horacolumbar compression fractures peri-operational period application of traditional Chinese medicine on the clinical effect of relieving method, the evaluation on relieving method to treat thoracolumbar compression fractures complicated with low back pain perioperative complications such as abdominal distension constipation curative effect and influence on wound healing.Methods:In our hospital in June 2011 to December 2013 were patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures, the selection of surgical treatment of 51 cases. All patients had symptoms of low back pain, abdominal distension constipation among them. Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group of 28 people., the control group of 23 people. Two groups of cases of surgical procedure, differences in age, sex, course of the inspection without statistical significance.All patients with preoperative no nerve damage symptoms. Control group adopts the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids) pain, regulate diet, abdominal massage, conventional treatment. Treatment group on the basis of control group in accordance with the general relieving law to add flavor to the principle of taking the peach kernel qi decoction. Statistical methods:using SPSS 19.0 statistical software package for data analysis.Results:Taking prescription treatment, the result shows:1, relieving method can significantly reduce the thoracolumbar compression fractures of perioperative lumbar back pain. Treatment group and control group before treatment pain index contrast has no obvious difference, six days after the treatment group taking pain index improved significantly, compared with the control group significant difference (P<0.05). (2) the abdominal distension constipation improved markedly. Treatment group (14cases cured, effective 11 cases,3cases ineffective, the total effective rate was89.3%, the control group,7 patients recovered effectively 6 cases, 10had no effect, the total effective rate was 56.5%.3, had no significant effect for patients with wound healing. Class a healing rate (92.9%), treatment group cut class b healing rate (7.1%), the control class a healing of incision rate (95.7%), grade b healing rate (4.3%), no poor healing. Compared to no significant difference (P>0.05). The treatment group of abdominal distension constipation and lower back pain improved significantly better than the control group. The patient’s quality of life improved significantly.Conclusions:On the basis of conventional treatment in accordance with the general relieving law with Supplemented Taoren Chengqi decoction can reduce perioperative pain in patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures, relieve abdominal distention, increase defecation frequency, improving stool properties, but has no effect on wound healing. Not only relieve the pain of patients and also improved the patient’s quality of life, enhance the confidence of the patients.
