Clinical Observation On The Effect By Modified Decoction Of Sanao Decoction On Mycoplasma Pneumonia(Wind Cold Attacking Lung Type)and Its Effect On C Reactive Protein

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and effect of the addition of the SanAo Decoction to the clinical efficacy of mycoplasma pneumoniae(the lung type of wind chill)and its effect on c-reactive protein.Methods:Random control experiment research methods selected 72 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia clinic patients as the research object,will be included in the standard of cases with the method of random grouping,divided into the treatment group and control group,each group 36 cases,the treatment group used SanAo Decoction and oral moxifloxacin treatment,control group oral moxifloxacin treatment,the treatment cycle for 14,observe two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms,signs and laboratory examination to improve the situation,and observe the changes of C-reactive protein.Results:1.The treatment effect of the flavoured trioditic soup infusion on mycoplasma pneumoniae was significant,and the total effective rate was 94.29 percent,compared with the control group(P<0.05).2.The effect of the addition of SanAo Decoction to improve the patient's cough and sputum is significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).3.The addition of SanAo Decoction can reduce the level of c-reactive protein,which is statistically significant(P<0.05)before and after treatment,and better than the control group.4.The addition of the SanAo Decoction to reduce mycoplasma pneumoniae(the lung type of wind chill),' which is superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The addition of SanAo Decoction can improve the symptoms of cough and sputum and is better than the control group.2.The addition of SanAo Decoction can effectively reduce the levels of mycoplasma pneumoniae(the lung type of wind chill)c-reactive protein,and better than the control group.3.The clinical efficacy of SanAo Decoction for mycoplasma pneumoniae(the lung type of wind chill)is remarkable.The clinical symptoms and signs of the patient were improved,and the adverse reactions were not seen.
