Objective: With the aid of the traditional Chinese medicine supporting platform V2.5and using data mining methods, explore the frequency of medicines, four nature of drugs, five flavors, channel tropism, core drugs using pediatrics etc.to treat children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumoniae(wind-heat closed lung syndrome)in our hospital, summarize the rules of their prescriptions, explore the rules of traditional Chinese medicine for this disease, and provide ideas for their clinical prescriptions. Methods: Inpatients from Children's Diagnosis and Treatment Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected. All patients met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine and were qualified by the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The“Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumoniae cases” was developed.Using the “Traditional Chinese Medicine Heritage Supporting Platform V2.5”as a tool,a database was established, and the statistics of four nature of drugs, five flavors, channel tropism, and the frequency of medicines were counted using the statistical report system and data analysis system.Using association rule analysis and cluster analysis, the core drugs,high-frequency drug combinations and new prescriptions for the treatment of children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumoniae(wind-heat closed lung syndrome)were obtained.Results:1.A total of 205 children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumoniae(wind-heat closed lung syndrome)were included in this study. In terms of gender distribution, men are larger than women, with a male to female ratio of 1.5:1.In the age group,it is more common in preschool and early childhood.2.A total of 613 Chinese medicine prescriptions were entered, including 197 flavors of Chinese medicine. The analysis showed that the drugs used to treat children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumoniae(wind-heat closed lung syndrome)were mainly cold, warm and calm, while the five flavors were bitter, pungent and sweet, and thechannel tropism is mainly the lung, followed by the stomach and spleen.Among the drugs that are used more frequently are Radix Scutellariae,Fructus Perillae,Semen Armeniacae Amarum,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata,Lumbricus,Radix Peucedani,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Poria,Fructus Trichosanthis,Flos Farfarae,Radix Platycodonis,Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae,Semen Benincasae,Semen Raphani,Cortex Dictamni,Rhizoma Phragmitis,Rhizoma Cynanchi Stauntoni,Radix Bupleuri,Asters,Chelidonium majus,Rhizoma Belamcandae, etc. The combination of drugs with higher frequency include Fructus Perillaea-Lumbricus,Fructus Perillae-Radix Peucedani,Fructus Perillae-Semen Armeniacae Amarum,Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata-Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Radix Scutellariae-Semen Armeniacae Amarum, etc. The closely related drug combinations with high confidence are Radix Bupleuri-Radix Scutellariae,Rhizoma Cynanchi Stauntonii-Radix Peucedani, etc, and the treatment of children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumoniae(wind-heat closed lung syndrome)was obtained through the display of commonly used drug networks. The common prescriptions of Lung Syndrome are Shufeng Kaishu Decoction plus and minus Erchen Decoction, and complex system entropy cluster analysis is used to obtain 10 core drug combinations.Based on this analysis,5 new prescriptions for treating Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumoniae(wind-heat closed lung syndrome)were obtained, namely Prescriptions 1(Caulis Bambusae in Taenia,Inula japonica Thunb, reddle,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Cortex Cinnamomi),Prescriptions 2(Fructus Forsythiae,Radix Scutellariae,Fructus Perillae,Radix Peucedani,Rhizoma Cynanchi Stauntonii,Chelidonium majus),Prescriptions 3(Radix Ophiopogonis,Jiao Fructus Crataegi,Bulbus Lilii,Radix Glehniae,Rhizoma Arisaematis Cum Bile,Semen Raphani),Prescriptions 4(Fructus Xanthii,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae,Flos Magnoliae,Herba Centipedae),Prescriptions 5(Radix Peucedani,Fructus Perillae,Chelidonium majus,Herba Artemisiae Annuae,Radix Bupleuri,Rhizoma Paridis,Gypsum Fibrosum). Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia pneumonia(wind-heat closed lung syndrome),the rules of medicinal drugs are that thedrugs used are mainly cold, warm and calm, and the five flavors are mainly bitter, pungent and sweet. The lung is the main channel tropism, followed by the stomach and the spleen, and the commonly used drugs are mainly antipyretic, cough, phlegm and asthma drugs.Reflect the treatment of this disease mainly to eliminate evil, and protect the spleen and stomach.
