ObjectiveBy observing and comparing the negative rate of Serum Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae bronchitis with Maxingzhisou Decoction combined with azithromycin and the changes of syndrome scores before and after treatment,to comprehensive evaluation Maxingzhisou Decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with wind-heat attacking lung-type the therapeutic effect of Mycoplasma pneumoniae bronchitis.Provide clinical basis for the popularization and research of Maxingzhisou Decoction combined with Azithromycin in children with wind-heat attacking lung-type Mycoplasma pneumonia bronchitis, and offer a new methods and ideas for clinical treatment.MethodsA total of 60 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae bronchitis(wind-heat invading the lung type)who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.Treatment group:Oral Maxing Zhisou Decoction and Azithromycin for treatment.Control group:Oral treatment with azithromycin. The treatment group and the control group were treated for 7 days as a course of treatment, and the curative effects were compared on 7 days and 21 days respectively. The symptoms of the two groups of children before and after treatment were scored, and the scores were analyzed and compared using SPSS26.0 statistical software to draw conclusions.Results1.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 100%,of which 13.3%is cured,83.3%is markedly effective,3.3%is effective, and 0%is ineffective, the total effective rate of the control group is 93.33%,of which 0%is cured,53.3%markedly effective, and 40%effective,6.7%ineffective.Compared with the total curative effect of the two groups, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the treatment group is better than the control group. After treatment, the negative rate of serum Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in the treatment group was 73%,which was better than that of the control group by 57%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the total syndrome scores after treatment:The total syndrome scores of the two groups of children on the 7th and 21st days of treatment were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the total syndromes of the treatment group and the control group. There were significant differences in the scores between the groups on the 7th day and the 21st day(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of the scores of primary and secondary symptoms after treatment:On the 7th day of treatment, the primary symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05).After comparing the scores of the primary and secondary symptoms of the two groups, the results showed that the main symptoms of cough were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the main symptoms of expectoration, lung signs, and fever(P>0.05).According to the statistical results, the seventh treatment day,the treatment of the two groups is better than the control group in terms of cough, the effects of expectoration, lung signs and fever are equivalent, secondary symptoms of nasal congestion, runny or turbid tears, and anorexia scores are all significantly compared between the groups. There were no significant differences in sore throat, thirst and desire to drink, constipation, and yellow urine(P>0.05).On the 21st day of treatment, the main symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group and the control group compared cough, sputum, and lung signs(P<0.05).Statistical significance, fever was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that on the 21st day of treatment, the treatment group had a better effect on improving cough, expectoration, and pulmonary rales. In terms of the efficacy of secondary symptoms, the treatment group was significantly improved in terms of nasal congestion, turbid or yellow discharge, sore throat, thirst, appetite, constipation, and yellow urine compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The control group was in the pharynx There was no significant improvement in pain(P>0.05),and the other symptoms were improved(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant in terms of nasal congestion, runny nose or yellow nose, sore throat, nausea, and constipation(P<0.05),It shows that the treatment group has a better clinical effect in improving nasal congestion, runny or yellow nose, sore throat, anorexia and constipation.4.No adverse events occurred during the two groups of experiments.ConclusionCompared with pure oral azithromycin treatment,Maxingzhisou Decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children’s wind-heat and lung-type Mycoplasma pneumonia bronchitis has a better overall therapeutic effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and further research.
