| Objective:According to the Dalian Municipal Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Dalian Medical University for general mycoplasma pneumonia in hospitalized children, mycoplasma pneumonia antibody(Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody Mp-Ab),C reactive protein(C reactive protein CRP),analysis of white blood cells and neutrophils, investigate mycoplasma pneumonia(Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia MPP)in different age groups children with blood CRP,white blood cells, neutrophils changes, the positive rate of Mp-Ab,and analyzed the reasons of this change. Methods:From January 2016 January-2017 Dalian Medical University Affiliated Children’s Hospital of Dalian city for 313 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children hospitalized in age,gender,Mp-Ab,CRP,white blood cell count and neutrophil count.Mp-Ab by serological detection method using colloidal gold immune chromatography,CRP,white blood cell and neutrophil counts by impedance method in blood cell counting assay.Grouped by age, divided into three groups:<3,3~<7,≥7~<14 years.Age,gender and Mp-Ab positive for measurement data.Crp,white blood cell count, neutrophil count for count data.Using spss20.0 software for statistical analysis.1.The changes of CRP,WBC count and neutrophil count in Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia at different ages:<3,3-7,≥7~≤14 years with CRP:24.08+1.29mg/L,13.53+1.21 mg/L,8.47+1.09 mg/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);white blood cell count in three groups respectively:14.6±1.5×10^9/L、9.8±1.4×10^9/L、6.8±0.9×10^9/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the three groups of children with neutrophil counts were 8.6±1.2±10^9/L、5.8±1.4×10^9/L、4.9±1.1×10^9/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The relationship between Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and age:The number of cases of children<3 years oldwas 80 cases, the ratiowas 25.6%,the number of cases of 3~7 years old children was 113 cases, the ratio was 36.1%,the number of cases of ≥7~≤14 years old children was 120 cases, the ratio was 38.3%.≥3 years old were significantly higher than the proportion of less than 3 year old children was statistically significant the difference(X2 = 5.642 and 8,P<0.05);Thexe no statistical significance between 3~<7 years old children and ≥7~≤14 years old children,(X2=0.210,P>0.05).3.The relationship between gender and children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia:The number of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in boys was 135,the ratio was 43.1%,the number of mycoplasma pneumonia in girls was 178,the ratio was 56.9%,the proportion of girls was higher than boys, the difference was statistically significant(X2 = 5.907,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The younger the children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, the higher the CRP and WBC count and neutrophil count.2.Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is common in school age and preschool age3.Compared with boys, girls are susceptible to Mycoplasma pneumoniae. |
